We liked everything really! My husband and I only stayed one night, so the room was perfect for the two of us. Hot breakfast was included and it was very tasty and filling. The staff was very attentive as well. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was very decent and free, water temperature and pressure were very good.
It's not really that we didn't like it, but we think that adding a couple of extra pillows or cushions would be nice. Also, I'd suggest better signage. We were driving and following instructions on how to get there, and we almost missed our exit because it's just off of a highway (if you miss your exit, you need to make a huge loop in order to get back). Not that the hotel is to blame for that, but more signaling would definitely help travelers who aren't very familiar with the area.

The private & secure parking with a night guard and the location of the hotel. Also, that were able to get dinner at the adjacent hotel without having to drive anywhere.
That he said they were sold out and I registered on booking.com and got the room while in his presence. It was a little pricey for a quick overnight stay ~ but we needed the secure parking.

Nice place, quite, friendly, clean, and warm, we use the freeway and the location was useful for our purpose, also there are nice malls near. Also the laundry was convenient
There is not tea option, the food was ok, but we have to eat in the restaurant of the next hotel.

Very clean rooms, shower and shampoo mounted inside shower walls. They have a soft blanket under top blanket on beds which feels like faux fur very comfortable
Bathroom is a little small can only fit one person at a time since shower door and entrance door almost collide when opened
