Mansion Azul Cholula

The hotel was very close to the zocalo and there is a beautiful church right on the corner. All tourist sites are within walking distance as is the local mercado. Felt safe walking even at night. The bathroom, although small, was very clean, the water was hot, and water pressure was perfect. Our room was towards the back and no street noise could be heard, our window offered a view of the church tower, room darkening shades made sleeping easy, and the air conditioning worked great as did the Wifi.

They have a beautiful roof top area although there is no sitting areas (perhaps this is Covid related). I prefer a less hard mattress but I did not ask if there was an alternative.

Fantastic Location right by the central park. Lovely building. Friendly helpful staff. Blind wouldn't pull down they fixed it right away. Very secure building.

Room cards needed to be updated daily. It would have been helpful to know but we're reset quickly and meant rooms were very secure

Location is something! View from terrace is breathtaking. Very beautiful. Good breakfast. Attentive personnel. We will be back! Thank you a lot.

The WiFi didn't work sometimes, that's the only real dislike. Some rooms have only 1-2 narrow windows. But that's the pay for the traditional house. If you know only English it would be a.bit hard to communicate, but the staff really tries their.best, thank you!

what I liked the most was the staff. They went above and beyond, they were friendly, fast service, and always willing to help.

my shower had a small leak and it would cause water to run out of the shower.

The how is beautiful, the staff was so generous and accommodating

He only thing I disliked was the shower, he shower head is so high up that the water splatters everywhere and hits directly the shower door therefore the water spills all over the floor. We notified this and it was not fixed or a solution was provided.

It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The room was quiet and well appointed.

There wasn't a reading light next to the bed. Luckily we had headlamps with us.

Beautiful building, excellent location and great staff. Superb value for money.

Our room was a bit nocy in the morning. Beds have a plastic cover that makes noice when you move at night.

Rooftop terrace with an amazing view, perfect for taking pictures of the volcanoes close by at dawn and sunset. Location is perfect, walking distance from everything worth seeing.

The location is is the heart of Cholula walking distance to everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The glass ceiling and views from the rooftop are amazing. Will be back for sure.
