This hotel is inexpensive and in a great location: close to the jardín botánico, a whole bunch of shopping, restaurants (all levels), cinemas and the bus to Topolobampo, which I hope to take next time. The rooms are very basic - literally 2 comfortable beds and a nightstand in between with a mirror. My room was ruthlessly clean. There's a door chain as well as a lock, unlike any of the other hotels during this trip. Wi-Fi works well; they have regular and 5G on every floor, I believe. There is also internet in the lobby (different from the ones in the rooms). You can leave your luggage in the lobby, as there is always someone there to watch it, plus you can use the lobby internet after vacating the rooms. The AC works well, which is great because summers in Los Mochis are incredibly humid. The lady who owns (?) the hotel is awesome, and speaks English.
In spite of the great location, I'm not sure it's a good idea to be wandering around at night; I was too tired to check it out. There are 2 or 3 different bus stations nearby and lots of garbage. There was no way to turn on/off the AC (not that I wanted to because the humidity was insane), and it didn't go into the bathroom or the stairwell. If you need any kind of amenities, this is not the hotel for you. It will probably be my go-to hotel when I return to Los Mochis.

There was renovation work going on while I was there so there was a bit of noise but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is centrally located and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by.
The hotel is mostly quiet but the neighborhood it is in is noisy. Trash trucks woke me every morning.
