The problem was the receptionist and lack of information/hospitality. The receptionist was aware we parked our car jn front of the hotel and did nothing to warn us that we shouldn't park there, let alone recommended a better location. There was a line of cars parked in front of the hotel, and we parked among them. In the morning, our car was no longer there. There was another receptionist in the morning, and he didn't do anything to help us get the car back. Let's just say it was a very expensive night at the hotel. The room was fine, except the beds which were super uncomfortable, as well as sheets which are made out of a weird plastic-like material. Definitely not worth the money.

It's an awful hotel , located at an awful location within the city. Surrounded by prostitution and gang members. We left immediately as we did not feel safe. And, there was No parking.
