New and modern hotel with spaceous room and bathroom.

The staff was inflexible and not very polite. We had booked a double room with queen size bed. When we arrived after 11 p.m. we received а twin double room. We requested to change this room to the room type we have booked. They said they were fully booked and there was no double room with queen size bed available. We insisted and then they gave us a double room with queen size bed. The room had a strong smell of fresh paint and it was impossible to sleep there. At the end they gave us a key for double twin room. The breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is far from the ADO Villahermosa bus terminal. The surrounding buildings were ugly and unpleasant.

The room was comfortable and I got good rest. The staff was very friendly and patient with my lack of Spanish skills.

Breakfast was a little bit tiresome, the one staff member serves you a plate instead of people getting their own food. This makes the line very long. Also, while there is AC in the individual hotel rooms, there isn't AC in the rest of the hotel, and it became very hot and stuffy. The elevator was very slow.

Great value for money, rooms and hotel nicely decorated, beds comfortable and safe parking. Recommend!

The only issue was the amount of single use plastic and unicel/polystyrene garbage generated by breakfast (the breakfast itself was very good). I appreciate for COVID there have been certain changes but this was excessive. Or maybe this was done for ease of purpose so the staff didn't have to wash plates? Either way - it was very overdone. I was given more than 6 pieces of single use polystyrene for one breakfast! Excessive and totally unnecessary. And it left me with a bad feeling for what otherwise would have been a very pleasant stay.

Gentle, kind and helpful reception people. Clean and comfortable room. A little noise in my room as it faced crowded road but comfortable. The place of parking is protected: underground, closed during the night and with guardian. Moreover, he helped/guided getting out the car versus the road.

The rooms were nicely equipped but as mentioned I found them a bit sterile. And a nice touch is always the in room safe. But theirs was useless to me since they had it at floor level in the closet and being immature individual, I was not wanting to get on my hands and knees to read the instructions. Bathroom was well equipped with towels ,hair dryer, etc. It had something I rarely see in Mexico and that was a washcloth.

Well it is definitely new and modern, I find it a bit sterile with little charm. But they do a good job of what they intend to do, and that's provided good accommodation for the price conscious traveler. His staff was very friendly but a bit unprofessional. Today I went to the desk to ask a question and a young man was there who obviously was just a family member but he called for the employee. The dining room was very noisy and overrun with kids while they apparently decorated for the upcoming Mexican holiday. While it was in a good location for a quick overnight stay, the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly appealing. Many rundown buildings and people hanging out on the streets. Not a neighborhood I would be strolling in at night.

Great, spacious room and comfy bed! There is a place to sit down and work in the room, which is a nice bonus. Bathroom was also really solid. Nice shower with warm water. Staff was helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast was included but mediocre at best. Nothing to complain about, but also not exceptional.

The place is fantastic, staff is always helpful, parking is locked and covered from the sun. The location is great, however due to current work road (Q4 2022) some nearby streets are full with construction materials.

Breakfast is tasty but can be better or have more dishes. It can get a little crowded during check-in and check-out hours.

This place is something like Holiday inn or similar european hotel. Clean, very comfortable beds (we had a king bed room). Clean sheets. AC working good and its new. Shower is hot and pressure good. We had no problems with elevator as we asked for a room on 3floor. Wifi is good. The private parking is very safe.

The neighboorhood is not that nice. It doesnt feel safe ir clean, wouldnt walk here at night.

Basic hotel right in the center of Villahermosa and within walking distance of the plaza and various restaurants and other places of interest. Room was clean. Wifi worked well.

It's got a lot of levels - elevators are needed to move up/down with bags. There was an event in the hotel making a lot of noise when I arrived and until probably 9 pm. Breakfast could have some more sides. Parking not great.

Everything was as expected. The only issue for complaint is the street parking while checking in. There is no remedy for this, however, as the hotel is in a busy district.
