We liked the restaurant menu service and view. The swimingpools are great. The jacuzzi could be warm, we tried at night and it was cold water not what you typically expexct from a jacuzzi

On check in the person attending us gave no information and was not friendly while we heard more information given to other people checking in at the same time from other member of staff. No info on spa location, pool or restaurant shcedule or parking info.

Service was great. The breakfast buffet was great. Everyone so nice and kind. Housekeeping clean the room even when we were leaving that same day, that was super nice!!!

We traveled with my mother who is 90 years old and the bathroom in the room has a bathtub and didn't have a handle to hold yourself. I should have informed the hotel and get a special type of room, but usually hotel rooms have a shower or at least a handle.

Perfect location by the port. Close to historic center and easy to enjoy walks during any time of the day. View is also very pretty.

The duvet cover had hair on it when we first checked in. We requested it to be changed and they did, but even after changing to new duvet cover, hair was attached to the sheets. I believe the sheets were clean but it was surprising to see more strands of hair after sheets were changed. It seems that hair was just attracted to the duvet sheets even when washed.

I liked the location, the water pool was nice, also the restaurant has a "cake afternoon" which is like a buffet where you can eat many desserts.

The registration process is so slow, looks like there is no organization because anybody can arrive and enter into the queue without any restriction causing delays for the rest of the people.

All three were excellent : location, room and view. The spa staff was excellent. The porters were excellent. All staff was friendly. Restaurant was very nice for breakfast.

Foul smell in the hallway caused from flooding. Fan was on for days. Only bother us coming and going from room.

I loved that we had a corner room with a balcony that wrapped around each side. Also the sitting area in the room and refrigerator was great. Room service is a plus. Location is hands down the best part of the stay. 3 swimming pools!

Bed wasn't comfortable. Lighting was very dark and dim. Hallways were hot, stuffy and sometimes smelly.

Perhaps because we extended our stay, we ended up in a room with a far lovelier view than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel every day, but on the occasions we chose the breakfast buffet we thought it was extremely good.

A shame the cevicheria was not operating during our stay. It seemed it would be opening up for the World Cup.

property is really close to restaurants, shop market, the parroquia coffee restaurant, walk distance. the inside pool is nice for afternoon time especially when you finish going shopping. Bedrooms are confortable and clean.

it’s weird that only two people are allow in the elevator at time, I know restrictions for COVID change some rules, but only two people at time is weird.

Amazing service, from Vanessa in the restaurant, Omar from the hotel staff, Deysci at the hotel shop, and Jesus when you dialed 0. Many others but the names escape me, wonderful people that made the stay incredible. The view, is to-die-for! I will be going back because of the view and bringing my husband! Order the seafood at the hotel restaurant, so fresh! The spa was great too, very relaxing.

One staff member comes to mind as someone who probably shouldn't work in hospitality, a hostess in the restaurant on different occasions was not in the best mood. Many other staff members were stellar which made this stand out more. The other negatives I should list is how at least 1 or 2 elevators weren't working and the AC in the restaurant needs to be colder as people were still fanning themselves.

Location was excellent. Staff was nice and flexible someone always opened the door for me when I came in

Room was small for the price . One elevator was down for one day., The ATM machine was not working . I cold not exchange money at the front desk
