Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and Internet worked fine

Taxi was expensive from airport and they all had the same price. I was tired otherwise I would have complained more loudly. They charged my card and I said no. I wanted to pay cash. Front desk agent said no and I refused to sign credit card receipt. I said cash and she did cancel the credit card charge. I checked in the morning with different agent. She said it was canceled! I notified Booking.com.

Just down from airport and lovely staff

Room was spacious. Little table with a bench and chairs. Plenty of space for a hotel room. The bed was big and comfy. My partner had a flight out so thats why i stayed there. Conveniently near the airport if you have buisness there. The cleaning lady were kind. Even tho i asked for no cleaning they seem nice.

For the period of time I was there, they didn't offer many option of breakfast.

Once again the night person could not process a charge to my card. I called my bank and they said no attempt made to charge card. Do not take room on upper floors outside rooms. You have many steps to climb. The hotel keeps changing names. The rooms were dingy and shower did not have hot water and this was early in the morning. Again it was the young guy who works there who has any personality. This place is cheap for a reason. Go elsewhere! Also it’s highway robbery what is charged from airport to hotel. 279 peso and not very far. The airport taxi’s extort the traveler. It’s a racket! They seem not to know where this hotel is, even though so few hotels. Never again!

There was no hot water for the shower.

When I was looking for the hotel the first filter I used was airport transportation included so it was the first hotel to be listed I reseed when I checking in I me Sion that I need to be taken to the airport at 5:00 am in the morning and they said arcos hotel do not offer transportation to the airport so I have to pay extra to stay at best wester hotel in order to get transportation

Location, ampel parking space.

the shower was awful, bad staff attitude, I was practically begging for my invoice during the next three days after my check out.

Room had a stale mold odor, very dated, beds hard, pool wasn't clean.

Not far from the airport, that's the only good point.

The room was smelling terrible, so much humidity. There was some people partying in the garden all night, drinking a lot of beers, until something like 4am. You can see on the photos I made a 7am the way they left the area, and the person at the hotel reception didn't do anything about it ... Unbelievable. Also the girl at the reception desk when I arrived was as nice a a prison guard. Probably the worst experience I had in a hotel for years ...
