The parking area is a little small if you come to a rental car and you will have to park behind other cars, meaning you will need to move it if needed and park it back further down so don’t come with a huge 4x4 😅 Apart from that nothing else to say.

The place is simple but beautiful. The room and bathroom were clean. The pool area is located around a well-maintained garden. There were not many guests during our stay so it was quiet.

The place is about 15-20 min walking from the main park. If you take a taxi with your bags, the cost is 30-40 mxn pesos each trip to and from the bus stop.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff that helped us every step of the way. The garden and pool were stunning, surrounded by plants and little nooks to sit and hang around in.

We found quite a few ants in our room but maybe that's just inevitable. We also woke up in the middle of the night from a screaming kid or cat, who knows. But that also is just inevitable while travelling.

Place is in a great location, was clean but not spotless (bathroom had a funky smell), personnel is very nice and helpful,

You need to flush more than once the toilet :|, parking is tight so you cannot leave your car inside at all times.

Every part of my stay at this hotel met or exceeded what I need to be satisfied as a guest. It was very clean, quiet, a good value for this price range, and has a peaceful garden with a well maintained pool. The bed was comfortable, the shower with hot water, the air conditioner efficient and quiet, the staff helpful, and a grocery store one block away.

Great value for money. Very comfortable bed. Clean and spacious rooms. Decent bathroom.

If i need to mention one donwside it would be the location. It is just to far from the village center to walk. But with a 5min car drive you are there as well.

My only thing was the beds weren’t very comfortable nor the pillows BUT the value for money in this place is still incredible and i would stay again without question

Very comfortable room with tv and air conditioner. Nice swimming pool. We were only one guests so we had the pool and garden for us. Good location - walking distance to the center of Izamal.

Comfortable room in a lovely hotel with a pretty garden and pool area. The staff person who checked us in when we arrived late was extremely gracious and helpful.

The WIFI was uneven.

Room was basically furnished, but was in excellent condition and very clean. Pool and area were lovely, very relaxing, and also well maintained. Location is excellent, very close to the Centro and restaurants.

Wifi was a bit spotty and couldn't always maintain a connection. However, our room was on the end of the building so perhaps not true throughout.
