Ramada Ulaanbaatar City Center

Nice spacious room with all necessary amenities. Good that they have a rooftop bar and restaurant. We had a chance to eat even at 11pm. Mind that the servings are enormous you might want to share each dish. Transfer to and from the airport is smooth and convenient. Everyone is fluent in English.

Hard to come up with anything significant. Well, I’m not sure whether we were a bit late for breakfast, but I wish there were more healthy options anyway. You might want to take shower while sitting in the bathtub unless you’d like to be seen naked by your travel partner. The glass wall between the room and bath is somewhat too clear. Especially at night. (We had a twin room on 15th floor)

The hotel is very nice. It is central and within a reasonable walking range of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls. It also has a very good restaurant. The people are very nice and ready to help.

Ulaan Baatar is infamous for its traffic jams. They are monumental. Unfortunately, the hotel is near an intersection that has a lot of traffic, so if you need to move fast in a car from the hotel or to the hotel, you might face several problems. Saying that, if you are tired of traffic and prefer to walk, the hotel location is great :)

I was pleasantly surprised and for a moment had to remind myself I was still in Mongolia. A gem in the city. There was even an air purifier & humidifer in the room. I wasn’t able to use any amenities but the room was comfortable (a little on the hot side but that’s not their fault as the heat is determined by the city).

WiFi was not very good in the evening. That’s my only complaint.

Great laundry that is Packaged like in some five star hotels. Some of my stockings became super soft again after they dry cleaned them. The car service is very good and flexible with your plans. Although I was late one hour, they didn’t charge me for that. Gym is great and Massage is also good if you pick the right person. The mall on the side has everything you need

there could be more food on the menu for room service. Sometimes the currency conversion causes problems,

I had a good view from my room. I was also astonished by breakfast quality and value. The room was very comfortable as well. The staff were extremely helpful. It wasn't a long walk to the main square, and a short walk to a beautiful monastery.

The television was hard to use... I actually ended up not watching it

It was good but became a bit repetitive. Would have been nice to have better bread choices (like sour dough or brown bread). Also it would have been nice to have an omelet or something but when I asked they gave two fried eggs so I guess they didn't understand english. Overall it was good!

High floor, good view of the city. Relatively close to city center. Only took about a mile walk to get to all the landmark locations.

Cost of breakfast. The breakfast was very good, but relatively speaking was much more expensive than other options in the city. As a patron of the hotel, this price should've been better.

Comfy hotel which was nice as I tested + for covid and was stuck an extra week. Staff was very nice and right next door to a mall with a great coffee shop and supermarket. Walking distance to a lot ( about 1/2 mile from state dept store)....sometimes quicker than taxis w UB traffic.

They upgraded our room for free because the type of room we booked was not available. The breakfast was pretty extensive. It was also super convenient that we were able to buy local SIM cards at the front desk. Espresso machine in the room is also a great plus!

The room is a bit old.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ramada after a long trip. The staff was very responsive to our questions and booking a taxi. The room was wonderful and clean. It was located at some nice restaurants.
