Brooklyn Motor Lodge

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are always accommodating and go out of their way to make my time there more pleasant. This time around they let me check in 3 hours early, which was really appreciated cos I was exhausted from travel. They were nice even after I accidentally left with the room key which I had delivered the following day. Also the rooms are big and very clean. Location is great as it's close to town and surrounded by a bar and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay..

Excellent service and I was able to pay at the actual property and did not have to pay at another location, like at the Kings Court Motor lodge on ulster Street.

The only dislike was the bed was hard and could feel the electric blanket underneath. Apart from that the room was great and the location was excellent...

Spacious room. We booked a room for two. One good size queen bed to sleep in. The bedroom was seperate from the living room which is always a big bonus! And 100m away (if not less) from local shops and take aways.

I was missing a few pots and pans but nothing major as it was only a one night stay for us and I couldn't be bothered asking reception. We managed and had a great home made meal nonethewise.

As a last minute booking it was super fast and easy, great service and room was spotless and clean, however the key card was the access to power however we were not told that at check in so had to ring to find out might pay to let guests know that at check in.

Bed was very uncomfortable, was super hard. Me and my partner love our soft tops. There was only 1 coffee selection and we would have liked more of a selection also there was no milo or hot chocolate and we didn't bring our own thinking it would be in our room

Great location and value for money. Room was very modern and perfect for our needs. Loved that there was a TV in all rooms too

Staff was a little unfriendly on arrival although we did arrive at a busy time and were great when we left the next day

location & very comfortable bed, good size room, hot shower. everything you need.

2nd visit in 8 months still got broken towel rails in rooms. rooms are dark & lights are dim. sofas / sofa beds are buggered & uncomfortable hard to get out of.

I enjoyed my stay here i was expecting a studio room however i got a very comfy and homely room which seperated the kitchen to living area to a bedroom and bathroom.

Most of it i really enjoyed, but it was a little cold in Hamilton so something more then a throwover as extra blankets would have been awesome but in saying that i only realised when i woke up the morning of my last day i think i felt the controls to an electric blanket on the matress. Also more plugs to be made avilable on the bedroom would be awesome as well.

Location - privacy, security, quiet and the cleaning staff very friendly

Just when our smoke alarm went off the cleaner didnt know how to assist us (my husband was cooking). we had to endure it for about 1 hour of it going on and off - not their fault though.

Nicely presented property. Room was nice with plenty of room even with 2 large beds. Everything was very clean and organised.

Maybe put the TV on a swivel, so it is easy to watch from the arm chair.

Clean, well appointed room. Very comfortable and just what I needed. The staff was very accomodating of our change in plans and really understanding.

Was all good.
