Four Seasons Motel

Great location, just a 5-10min walk to the town centre/shops. The room that we were in had stunning views of the mountains and town centre. It is very close to bus stops either side of the road, which was good on the days we did not have a rental car.

Nothing much, just trivial things to us that may be deal breakers for others: - We were on the top floor, end of the hallway unit and the noise from other units was minimal but still discernible. We could only imagine how it’s like on the bottom units. Sound proofing needs to be improved I think. - The style of the facilities are dated, needs a refresh.

Staff was super friendly and nice. Nice arrangements for us when we checked in late. Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bowl was too small for us to have our noodles. It would be best to have four bowls which are similar in size. Kettle was a bit dirty and we are afraid to use it. Dish liquid was only a quarter left in the bottle, would be good to have a full bottle. Otherwise, it would be excellence!!

Good location, cute room with kitchen and we could cook food! Right in the city, very friendly and helpful staff!

Nothing really, got what we paid for, one occasion where someone was doing work outside our window and didn’t knock to come in to unplug their equipment so that would have been nice to have someone make sure they can enter, overall was a nice stay

Close to restaurants and CBD easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable for the time we were there.

Not very clean, we cleaned dishes before use, wiped down surfaces including bathroom before use, room wasn’t ready when we got there to book in, however the young lady was very pleasant.

four seasons was perfect for our little family of three. the room was spotless, the ammenities well taken care of, beds were super comfortable and location was a 10/10. would happily stay here again!

unfortunately the pool was out of action on our trip so on the warmer days we weren't able to enjoy it.

The location was great! We left our car parked for the whole 3 days of our visit as it was only a 5 minute walk to town. The room was comfortable and a good base for our stay.

The family room wasn't the same as the photos showed it to be. The manager explained we had the 4 person room while the photos were of the 6 person room. The room we had was fine but it was a bit disappointing to arrive to something less than what we were expecting

Amazing views, comfortable bed, close to centre/gardens, free space for parking, ease of check in and check out process, balcony with seatings, living area, kitchenette with fridge, microwave and place for cooking food.

Shower head not working properly, lack of amenities e.g. hand wash, shampoo, milk capsules.

Lovely short stay, earlier this year. It was perfect for what we needed. We booked here hoping to use the pool, but it was closed (maybe because of the weather). It's close to bus stops and within walking distance to everything you need. Staff very helpful too.

Fabulous location, so easy to walk onto town and not worry about parking. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Big updated bathroom and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely book again in the future.

Rooms a bit dated and water pressure in the shower was not great.

Staff was helpful during check in, booked a studio room that comes with a very spacious bathroom, and basic amenities such as culteries and soap. Great location at the heart of queenstown, yet quiet enough for a good rest. Room has heater too.
