ASURE Chelsea Gateway Motor Lodge

We loved the effort the owner went to check us in before we arrived so that everything was organized when we arrived. It was a lovely upstairs room with some lovely touches - chocolates and shampoo supplied via a bottle. the bathroom was spotless with an excellent large spa bath which was lovely to enjoy a long soak in. The lounge was great as well as a compact kitchen area. The television had all the sky channels and was great to watch. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It is close to the pools and town.

We liked the top quality toilet paper, We were offered Trim milk, chilled water in the fridge. Top quality shampoo and conditioner in bottles, and great choice of Dilmah tea's including our favourite Earl grey. Room was clean, private deck, and extensive choice of TV channels. We were recommended local Restaurants, and were please with the one advised and chosen. Great laundry.

Outside private area, bed with electric blanket, long mirror, tea/coffee, late checkout.

Dirty toothbrush holder, not enough bodywash or dish liquid, need extra pillows/umbrella/paper towels/coffee/sugar/ice/extra towels x2/mop to wipe shower floor as gets very wet/extra make up wipe.

We had a great time, liked the property … but it was quite expensive for what it was and as a nit pick - there was no body wash in the shower / one of each toiletry for 3 people.

Everything was great! Very clean and all the comforts u need whilst travelling.

The internet was good but only given so much download with a voucher and once you ran out( which we did very quickly with 2 teens!) you had to get another voucher from reception which was closed.

Didn't sample the breakfast. Location was Ok for biking out to Carters Beach or the domain end of the Kawatiri trail to the tiphead. Cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful. In general liked the place!

It was a bit noisy on the first night with people walking about on the upstairs flat over our heads. It would have been nice if it was a bit closer to the town's eateries but not a biggie :)

Balcony! Clean, tidy. The lady at the front offered me a bottle of milk, service with a smile.

The bed wasnt too comfy but bed softness or hardness is a personal preference. Overall, happy to have a warm bed for the night. It had electric blankets so who can complain!!!

The staff was very friendly！I really liked the naturalness and smell of the shampoos and bath salts, the carpet was soft and the beds were comfortable and clean, the rooms were bright and cribs were provided!

The room was very nice with an own little patio where you could sit undisturbed from anybody. The laundry was very tidy and well maintained. In fact the whole motel was very well maintained.

Location good. Very handy to a dairy and supermarket not far away. Good for cycling in the area. Family member left something behind in bedroom. Manager notified me after cleaner had been in . Good service.
