1. Superior Room was excellent for its price 2. Beddings and towels were clean 3. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, coffee was excellent 4. Had hot water in the shower 5. Reception, maintenance, service and security staff were helpful and courteous 6. Provision of water dispenser to refill drinking water was not only convenient but less usage of plastic water bottles

1. I was not informed that senior discount cannot be applied when reserving thru booking.com (3rd party) 2..Shampoo was supplied but the other bottle was not labeled so wasn't sure if it was conditioner or liquid bath soap 3. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided 4. Shower curtain could be a tad longer so water does not spill into the toilet/sink area 5. Room phone was not working

Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

Nothing

The room is spacious and has a really high ceiling which we appreciated because it provides good air flow inside the room. Its also accessible and location is really good since its just walking distance away from SM Lipa. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly too :)

The room cleanliness can be improved. We encountered black ants pestering the ceiling of the room we stayed in :( we were a little concerned because it can get annoying if it comes to bed.

-clean room -enough parking space, secured. -love how it is for legal family and they condone otherwise. -affordable -accomodating staff especially kuya guard of night shift. -just adjacent as in literally walking distance to SM

-the room i stayed have faulty aircon and it kept on shutting down after a few minutes and it kinda disrupted our rest, we were transfered to another room and its better. -room light is a little dark for me (i have an eye problem)

Free coffee, aesthetic, location is just at the back of SM Lipa, high room ceiling, use of keycard instead of keys

Lots of mosquitos, low water pressure in the shower (but high water pressure in the sink and toilet), no sound proofing in the rooms (can hear noises from outside)

Hassle free booking because the staffs are welcoming and very approachable. I feel at peace on a short span of staying here. Will definitely choose to stay here again for my next Lipa visit. ❤️

ACU's are a little bit noisy.

I think their breakfast if good, location if very convenient and accessible to transport and restaurants. The security personnel at night is very good and always there to help the guest.

Update their selection of TV channels.

The staffs are warm and welcoming. The breakfast is nice and have large servings, only the pancake is bathing with sugar syrup.

The rooms need updating given its strategic location. But you get what you paid for since they charge so cheap per night less the breakfast.

Great location, very nice staffs, and has nice ambiance.

Some parts of the room are a bit dusty though. But overall, it's still worth the price. I'd book this place again if ever I need to have an overnight stay in Lipa again.

The room is so nice neat and clean especially the bed and the sheets, smells good and well organized. Nothing much inside but a kind of room I needed for a good rest
