Location and nice room

When my partner and I were at the pool two friends of my partner came to say hello to her as we were in Manila. Unknown to us the Hotel charged us 1000 php for them to visit us. They did not stay and there was no signs saying friends of guests could not visit. The female staff member from the Belmont hotel was quite hard and cold towards me about this. Our two friends left about 15 minutes later but the hotel charged me 1000 pesos even though they didn’t even have a drink with us. The women from the Belmont was quite rude and we had no warning at all. Not a way to treat your guests.

If you have a long transit stop in Manila, wanna have a rest sleep and take a shower, so this hotel is really good option. It’s just next to the Terminal 3, you don’t have to go out from the airport, just go up to 4th floor, there is the sign to Runway Manila bridge, cross the road and the hotel is just the next building. What we especially liked was toothbrushes and toothpaste One more good thing - soundproofing is good, we didn’t hear the airport sounds.

The check-in is quite slow. If you checking-out you have to wait in one line, so it can take some time.

The hotel is very well located and situated incredibly close to NAIA Terminal 3 which can be easily accessed via Runway Manila (Footbridge) to skip the Manila traffic. Dreadful long wait for check in at reception. Minimum of 10-20mins per guest to check in. Emman from the Concierge was very helpful. He helped arrange for a shuttle service the next day to NAIA Terminal 2. The lobby entrance porter was very helpful. He helped us load our luggage in the car the next day. I wasn’t able to get his names for proper recognition. The hotel staff were lovely, room was tidy and bathroom was small but clean. Breakfast options are ok. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is within walking distance to NAIA airport terminal 3, it was a 5 minute walk from the hotel using the Runway Manila which is just behind the hotel. The staffs are super friendly and really helpful, there is a pool at the rooftop which we never had a chance to use. breakfast was ok.

the toilet/shower is a bit small - the floor get's really wet when having a shower it might be better with a good shower curtain and a step between the toilet and the shower to avoid water spreading when showering.

It's was a great and amazing place to stay just a doorstep on Manila International Airport Terminal 3 with 2min walk in Runaway Manila. Staying for 10 days was never feel I am in hotel however feel like home that welcome me everyday with such enthusiastic employee right from front door until to my room to keep always spotless ..Thank you Liezl for make it possible..your dedication at work will much appreciate it. To Romina (front office) your such a lovely with high quality of hospitality service, eloquent and professional way of handle the guest despite huge amount of guest queue in line to check in...you deserve a 5 golden stars ..Belmont Hotel Manila (Megaworld) she deserved a high position.. keep her because she will can give a positive impact to your business. To Regine (breakfast host).. your such a hardworking woman with such a passion to serve a guest regardless what it's look like..you gave same level of services.. thank you for making my morning amazing for good to work.. you deserve a higher position to hold . Breakfast alway crowded but I think it can improved if they can schedule the volume of guest on specific time..

Located right next to NAIA, it's possible to walk to the airport via "Runway Manila" in just 5 minutes. By taxi/Grab, it's a quick 5-10 minute ride to the hotel/airport. The concierge service is happy to arrange a Grab transfer upon departure, which is very convenient. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and are very quiet. The centralized air conditioning works well, and the view towards the airport is especially nice. The service is attentive and professional. The standard of the hotel is equivalent to a 4-star superior hotel in Europe. At the back of the hotel, there's a convenience store, Subway, and Starbucks.

Excellent friendly staff, clean room, great food and fast room service when we arrived late at night. The breakfast in the Belmont cafe was great and varied and the young girl booking us in was friendly and very good at her job and Isabella who showed us to our table was also a great help. I can't fault the young men clearing the tables and getting anything extra that we wanted. The rooftop bar was it's usual high standard of service and food.

We didn't enjoy the poolside DJ as the music was too loud and we couldn't even hear ourselves chat so we only tried it for two nights and left disappointed because the food is excellent and the staff are great but the DJ didn't seem to listen to them when they asked to turn it down. We found the live entertainment on our last visit much more enjoyable. Also if you wanted a coffee in the evening and morning using the room facilities you couldn't because you rarely got two coffees let alone enough for two people to have two coffees.

Distance from the airport. Cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staffs.

1. There is never a tissue box in the room at all. 2. Not that i dont like but nothing really to see outside my window and on my booking it said my room has a terrace but nada. It didnt matter that much because i was there to sleep whilst transiting in manila. But if i were staying for leisure, id like that terrace as per my room description please.
