The room was excellent and the high speed internet was outstanding

The airport transport service from the hotel to the airport was about 2000 pesos, way over priced for a van to the airport. The same type van from the airport to the hotel is only 350 pesos, the Hilton Manila airport service is way over priced.

Great location by the airports. Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves world class cuisine. Bellboys and security guards were very helpful and always wore a smile. Great swimming pool and not over chlorinated like other hotels.

We arrived earlier than check-in time. Front desk lady said she was gonna text us when our rooms were ready. Never got a text and waited for a very long time with 6 children including a baby. So after 2 and a half hours of walking around and waiting at the cafe, we just decided to go up(front desk is at the 2nd floor) and see if the 3 rooms were done. Different staff helped us and said the rooms have been ready. I told her that we were suppose to get a text message, but never did. All they can do is apologize for the wasted time and inconvenience they caused.

My room was clean, tidy, large and modern. Bed was comfortable, wifi was OK. The staff went above & beyond in their approach to their clients. The Port Bar was exceptional and the staff there need to be complimented on their service. I've stayed in three other 4/5 star hotels in Manila in the past 8 months and rate the Hilton the best of the lot. In regards price, not the cheapest and not the most expensive, middle range. The breakfast was great with great choices, good service and great food. The Hua Yuan restaraunt was very good also, with an extensive choice. Far & away the best point is their staff. Congratulations to the management.

Bring back the mini bar.

The esthetics of the Hotel were incredible designed, you can definitely feel the luxury in the Hilton name when you walk in. The SkyBridge to the mall makes the stay so comfortable and is also beautiful. The room size, the TV and the layout feels like a fancy Apartment/Loft and the AC is perfect for the hot days and nights in Manila. The House Keeping was very fast and had the room spotless before we returned just a few hours later.

The Bathroom lock wasn't working and the water took very long to get warm for the bath and shower. Only a slight inconvenience, but would be better if you didn't have to wait for almost 5 minutes every time you turned the water on. Although the Hotel Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I felt rushed for my check out, as I was called an hour before my time, to be asked if I was ready to leave for the day. When you pay good money, you should never feel like you aren't getting its worth.

Location is perfect, near T3 which is 5 mins drive at 7am and walking distance to all restaurants and shops which is just across the road. Breakfast selection is really amazing from western to asian breakfast they have it all. They do have this really nice candy/sweets section for kids (so goodluck with all those sugar overload to start a day 😆) We booked the room with a pool view and were so happy that we did, pool is lovely. My husband enjoyed his relaxing dip after a long flight and of course only after a few minutes i've already found him at the pool bar 🤣. Excellent staff from the reception, pool bar, housekeeping, dining and security. Thank you very much. Will definitely stay there again.

Every time I visit the Philippines, I must stop by and stay at the Hilton because it is in a prime location and I am extremely familiar with the restaurants in the area. The rooms are always clean and neat, and the food served in the in-room dining is always great.

I wish I could say otherwise, but the Hilton Manila was the only hotel where my request for a late checkout by 1pm was consistently denied. (By the way, this is my third visit to this hotel in three years.) But, I called the hotel 2 hours before checkout to see if I could extend an extra night, and they said my room was available for re-booking if I was interested in doing so.

There are many shopping malls around the hotel, and the location is great. The attitude of the service staff is also very kind. My deepest feeling was when I asked the counter staff to help me check in, I found that my passport was missing. The counter staff quickly helped me inquire and contact the taxi driver, which made me feel uneasy at the time and got a lot of mental relief comfort. Although I was really panicked when I lost my passport, thanks to the help of the reception staff at the Hilton Hotel, this thrill became a beautiful memory.

From the moment we arrived we felt looked after. We got ourselves an Executive Lounge Access and it was the best decision ever, the staff were just amazing and we couldn't be any happier how they looked after us. We love how big and beautiful the swimming pool is :-) My wife got a bit sick on the first day and they had immediately sent the hotel doctor to the room to check up on her and gave her medicines. After a day she got better but the staff kept on checking up on her which was greatly appreciated. Since she can't come down to get some snacks from the lounge, they made sure that they send sandwiches and soups up to the room and that just made her feel more comforatable and got better quickly. Thank you so much to the staff of the Executive Lounge, Kim, Angel, Janine, Karen, Michael, JM, Kyle, Louraine and everyone there - great service guys, you need a bonus :-) Good food selection. The staff at Kusina Albert, Mack and Pauline - thank you for playing with our boys. To the swimming pool attendant - Adz for helping us look for our kids missing slippers, greatly appreciated,mate. The housekeeping staff were equally great as they made sure we have more than enough water while my wife was sick to make asure she doesn't get dehydrated.

The Airport pick up was waiting outside the gate - it was so difficult to find him. We saw othe Hotel pick ups inside the airport hence we were wondering why the Hilton Pick up staff is outside.

The bed was very big. We had a room with two single beds and they were quite wide. The room was also very big and clean. The food at Kusina was amazingly good. At breakfast you have a lot of choices from local to international food. Most of all, the hotel is very close to the airport and it is adjoining a shopping mall where different restaurants are located. You have everything in close proximity. The staff at Kusina were very accomodating and attentive to your needs. The staff in general were very polite and pleasant.

We love that the hotel is pet friendly.

We have an impression that our room is not at the wing where all guests have their pets. The room that they gave us was connecting to the room that would like to have there quiet stay. So whenever our dog barks they immediately report it to the front desk even if it is 1 in the afternoon. Our stay was a bit uneasy as we always try to be extra quiet so the other room will not be bothered. That was not our ideal stay there. We wished that our stay was relaxed and easy not think of the other room (thought if our room is next to a pet owner they woild understand when our dog barks. My dog didnot bark the entire stay is just that when my dog barks a little bit we wi receive a notice right away).
