Fantastic staff, very friendly, attentive and accommodating any request I had. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and everything delicious and replenished often. Gold star for actual baby bedding in the cot, usually hotels only provide a bed sheet. Highly recommend!

4 female relatives visited for a long weekend - age between 21 and (young!!) 64, 2x twin rooms Rooms are airy, well decorated, modern lovely and clean. USB points next to beds on both sides which is ideal 👏🏻 Mini bar with pack of crisps, can of Pepsi, wine and small vodkas etc with a clear price list provided. Kettle and coffee / tea provided daily with powder creamer (milk available in local shops) Water provided in room was sparkling but I like it so it was fine, we bought still water locally from the many zabka shops or carrefour Smart TV so we can stream Netflix etc. onto the main screen, which is adjustable to angle to the beds so great for a chill out evening after doing 20k steps Bright shower room, hot powerful shower. Gel provided and smelled great! Hairdryer was in bathroom but again powerful compared to other ones I've used. Very happy. Lots of storage in wardrobe more than adequate for 2 people for a long weekend Great location for walking to square on foot - the White Bear coffee house on the corner when you go left is beautiful! Decor and coffee is fab, the baklava is delicious so recommend visiting, we got discount vouchers after our first visit

Not many bars locally, hotel bar area is in the restaurant but is limited and not open late which would have been nice for a nightcap after a long day exploring/dining in the main square, all the bars on the way back were either super packed busy, noisy nightclubs or beer/ale bars.... (We found one rock bar round the corner but smelled awful of damp)

Great Location, in a nice quiet back street, but only a few minutes walk from the main square where there are some great restaurants and bars. Staff were great, really helpful. The taxi company they use are great too, would definitely recommend using them. Beds are nice and comfy. Nice to have the relaxing chair, great to sit and read late at night. Nice variety of drinks in the fridge and not silly hotel prices, so that was good, although a bottle opener would be handy. Great little food place at the end of the road where you can order from different vendors, Mexican, Indian, pizza etc, and then sit inside where there’s a nice little bar.

Great location, just a few minutes to central square. Nice quiet street (although, we did have windows shut as it was freezing outside), lovely and warm inside, super staff, friendly helpful - booked my trip for me. Can’t fault it versus the cost. spotlessly clean! Would stay again, so I guess that’s recommendation enough!

This is only objective, and did not spoil any aspect of our stay. Only applicable to our room, others may differ: Bathroom (shower room) was tiny - but, enough for us for a weekend. It was spotless and everything worked! Bed was just a double - not a king or queen etc. Again, fine for a weekend etc. and is only an issue as my wife fidgets all night ha ha :)

- Decorated with a touch of good taste - Breakfast was ok. - Great location. - The hotel has very pleasant soft carpets. - Strong Wifi. - Parking: We had a bit of a struggle with parking. Don't read about the possibility of 70 zl/ 24 hrs - just drive directly to the hotel and park somewhere around. We had luck and found a spot. We left our car for 3 nights for 16 EUR - via the official city parking machine. You just need to type on the machine your car plate and until what date and time you wish to stay. parking machine then print a ticket which you put in front of your car behind the glass.

- It was not possible to open the windows wide open - A bit of noise from outside

Location is perfect, only 5 minute walk to Stare Miasto, staff very friendly and helpful organised taxi to pick us up from airport and for return. Included breakfast- fresh continental each day but some hot options - plenty of choice. Bar really reasonable price - similar prices to places out with, fresh bottled water every day in room.

The only thing was that our first night was horrible weather and they had advertised that they were serving food but when we went to ask they had stopped and only serving drinks. Which meant we couldn’t eat as the weather was not suitable for walking around in.

The food was great we had breakfast included with a great variety of meats, cheeses, cereals and bread. Loads of other different options too which was great. Beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. Shower worked great with brilliant pressure. Location is 8 minute walk from the market Square where the Christmas markets were located as well as loads of options from the hotel on how to get to and from various different parts of Kraków. We had three different hotel staff members at the reception and each one was brilliant. Very accomodating and polite 100% recommend this place for your stay in Kraków.

everything was perfect, from the check in to the checkout (and we were given a later checkout as our flight was early evening. The front desk staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them, we got advice on where to find specific shops, where to eat and the best ways to get around the city, the staff were very knowledgeable and very polite. The breakfasts were also just what we needed to start the day, a great choice of hot and cold foods were available.

Everything was perfect.

It's a new modern 5 story building set in between two historic ones. Room size is small, low ceiling, though it's warm and clean. Bay window of Superior room is facing a courtyard, so no outside noise. In-house sound proof is good, bed is comfortable, wi-fi is excellent, room spot lights are well-arranged. Excellent breakfast restaurant interior and food quality. Personnel speaks good English, very positive and client oriented. Price is a bit high for 3 star, though it's a popular place and market makes the rate.
