Hotel Zakliki

- location is super convenient to the airport (2 stations by train: from Krakow Zakliki to Krakow Lotnisko, cost 17 zl) - staff is nice and friendly - the room is clean - the is a kettle with tee/instant coffee, hair dryer, basic toiletries (soap dispenser), TV, 2 towels - spacious bathroom - breakfast option at a restaurant with a terrace - kids playground

- it seems air conditioning was not working in my room, so had to sleep with open windows - there were no mattress covers on the bed, the sheets were right on the mattress that did not look fresh (the mattress, the linen was OK)

Our room was very good for 3*. There was a refrigerator, cups and cattle (a bit leaking), clean sheets and towels. Nice breakfast (not changeable from day to day, but for couple of days it is ok). Fresh furniture in the room. Parking on the hotel’s territory.

Very poor wi-if. The connection was interrupted so often, that it was not possible to download anything

Liked the fact that the reception contacted in advance. The staff was helpfull and really friendly. Was available place for parking and clean room. Additionally masks were placed in the room. However, we had 2 different reservations (2 different days) and during the 2nd reservation, there was no mask. Bath is clean and mirrow with extra light, for girls is very helpfull.

Breakfast had a poor choice, the first reservation had some breakfast but during the second one parents came and it was empty. They were waiting for the kitchen to cook smth for them, which cause some issue for our plans for the rest of the day.

Clean, comfortable, friendly stuff, close to airport, 5 min walk to bus stop and opposite the train station connecting Krakow and airport, good breakfast with traditional and Polish varieties. I only would, probably, mention to add some pastries to breakfast. We travelled with kids and they searched for something sweet apart from Nutella and fruit, but it’s just a kind suggestion, overall we all were happy.

the rooms are clean and good size. Its near the airport which was our main purpose when looking for hotel. We arrived late so we did self check in which was good explained and easy. Overall is good .

Into the room there was a glass table which was quiet dangerous for our kids as it can fell on side easy when put some push on the side of it (I was stressed all the time and had to think to make it safe. The pillows and bed where way to soft and we all woke up with pain in the neck.

Very modern building, comfortable, large clean bathroom, good plugs, various excellent lighting, great helpful staff, morning breakfast was excellent and worth the money

Hotel had many ukranian refugees with lots of children making a bit of noise, absolutely understandable considering the war. The hotel and new, doesnt overly have that old Poland feel if that is what you are looking for, a bit far but reasonable to the airport

Spacious apartment for four with everything you need. Spacious and functional bathroom. Next door is a pizzeria with working hours until 11PM and good prices. The nearest grocery store is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. A very good place to stay for exploring Krakow and its surroundings traveling by car.

It is good place to stay for one night before flight The hotel stuff provide code for entrance and they will leave opened room for you if you are going to came at midnight. Also they provide free parking, it is very convenient I don’t try breakfast, but I am sure that the breakfast is good)

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly English-speaking lady at reception. The hotel sent entrance codes in advance as we arrived very late at night.

Cleaning lady entered our room twice in the morning. Really, they must know when the guests check out.

The hotel staff was very cooperative. The staff let me leave my bags for 10 days with a reasonable fee. Internet speed was good. Room is big and the beds were comfortable. I will stay again whenever go to Krakow.
