Stay Hotel Évora Centro

The staff is great and the hotel is new and fresh, which is good considering the town general offerings. The location is great, in the old town, and with access by car to drop belongings. To stop by car at the front of the hotel, the street is very very narrow, but quite possible.

The bathroom could look a bit newer. The access by car could be easier. I would also would like to see an elevator, however maybe this is a lot to ask in such an old town. It would be great if there was a better interaction between the hotel and surrounding wineries. Yet, they helped a lot for us to find a winery to visit.

The staff were outstanding, always cheerful and friendly and extremely capable in answering any questions or resolving any problems for us. Kudos especially to Anna for her excellent linguistic skills and commitment to ensuring we had the best stay possible. We would definitely come here again.

Quiet location, centrally located in Evora, nice little hotel, room are cozy and bathrooms comfortable, very attentive and reactive staff. Good value for the price paid. We had an overall good stay there!

No wifi in the room, only in the little lobby at the entrance (a signal extender might be useful). One could hear a lot of what happens in the other rooms. The main door of the building makes quite a lot of noise when opening and closing (made our room door tremble), fortunately, it wasn't so much of a nuisance as the other guests did not go out at night much.

Nice big room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed and lovely glass shower.

I liked almost everything and would stay again. The only negative I can think of is that while breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food, the staff could have been a bit more attentive in checking the levels of drinks - there was no juice in the container the first morning and only one glass full the second.

Location and the need to walk (good for health and environment). Room with some modifications will be better; e.g., opportunity to use natural ventilation- windows; possibility to control light intensity and water flus (as it was possible for the shower), have biological gel- as was the case for soap; suggest guests to decide if they want or not some supplements as mob-cap, soap- as made for tea and coffee; substitution of carpet by a cleaner surface. To invest in a more even ecological breakfast, e.g. alternative to food of animal origin (probably, at request), to support local production and products (e.g., bread, jams, cakes). Very friendly breakfast schedule

Can´t open room windows, even only a little (no natural ventilation option). Condition and type of room floor (carpet). No option for control of water flush and ceiling light quantity and intensity.

Great location in the centre, useful terrace in the hotel room. Even no problem with parking in close (5min walk) Igreja Dos Selesianos.

Air condition automatically swiched off after 1 hour, which is unplaesant during night with outside temperature of more than 35°C. Small freezer in the room would be helpful.

The room was nice, warm, clean. I liked the kettle for making tea. The key was easy to use. The breakfast was good, although you could vary the sausage and cheese to provide more variation. The location is marked form one street only.

Noise coming from the neighbors and no space to move around in the room + had to plug the kettle on the floor as no plugs available and no coffee in the room.

Excellent staff. Thank you to Ana, Margarida, Sara, Pedro and the rest of the staff, including 'the doctor' (he helped us take the Covid test so we call him this!). Location is in a quiet but central part of the city within a short walk of Praça Giraldo. Free bicycle available.

We stayed for 6 days and would have like more variety with the breakfast. Because of the Covid restrictions, breakfast was served in a box each morning, which generated a lot of waste. These measures were a bit excessive. Breakfast was not very vegan-friendly.

The quietness of the location, very kindfull e helpfull staff, great location in the city, not far away from the bus terminal and parking lots.
