First, I should mention the hotel's excellent location in the city. Then, I would like to talk about the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, which was outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's prompt response to online reservations was commendable.

The room doesn’t have a refrigerator, and it also doesn’t have a closet. On the second day, cleaning was done, but the toilet liquid container was empty. The internet speed was very slow, and after each screen shutdown, you had to log in again. If you have an essential need for the internet, I wouldn't recommend choosing this hotel. You can see the mentioned items in the photos. Due to the wooden floors in the hallways and rooms, a significant amount of noise from people walking in the rooms and hallways can be heard, disrupting the peace of the night and morning. Additionally, due to the lack of acoustic insulation in the rooms, conversations and interactions from adjacent rooms can be heard as well.

the beds were very comfortable. near the metro station. communication was very friendly. we had extra blankets in the room.

no elevator. very very noisy street in the early morning. the soap bottle in the bathroom was broken. we were three people, but only two night stands. the bed in the middle could have appreciated an extra small night stand. they mentioned it was possible to have breakfast there, but there was only a vending machine. also practical, but maybe should be specified that is just a vending machine and no real warm breakfast.

It's great that the access is granted with a code and you don't need to pick-up the keys from the host. The room was spacious enough, the beds were comfortable and the shower the best. On the ground floor there is a room, which you can use for breakfast (with a microvave, coffee and snacks machine and the cutlery).

The location is not very central, however, there is a metro station near by. Our room was on the last floor (there is no lift) and it was getting too warm during the day. The wifi was really slow. It would be nice to have a small fridge (like minibar) in the room.

Really clean spaces and room. Excellent location, close to metro and bus, with a variety of shops and restaurants around. All the communication went through whatsapp without any faults to point out. We did meet a cleaning lady and she was very nice.

you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms mainly due to the floors, fortunately we had quiet tenants next to us and there was not a lot of movement during our 1-night stay.

Great Location. Close to Metro. Hotel was very clean and checkin easy. Great value for money.

Nothing not to like but word of warning to potential guests, although hotel very beautiful there is no elevator so if you are staying like us on the top floor it can be quite a haul if you have a lot of heavy luggage so more suited to people travelling lighter. It was no problem for us as we were in the latter category.

The room was spacious, super clean, plenty of electric sockets. The kettle was an appreciated facility for our small child who still drinks warm milk. A very nicely renovated old building. The free luggage storage was perfect. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly although they were not on site. The beds were generally comfortable, only mine was a little too soft for my taste, and the pillows were great

The narrow and rather high main entrance was tricky for a buggy. Also, since it's an old building, we could hear people talking on the stairs and sometimes walking upstairs, but it did not bother us much.

Close to the city center and a very importan metro station, where you can go in any direction. We found that very good. We will book it again if we go back to Porto. You need about 30 Min. to the beach with the meteo. You can walk to all the city attractions from there.

Comfy bed, nice renovated old building. French doors. I was comfortable.

You can hear your neighbor walking, but its like that with the nice floors. I was ok with codes although it was not mentioned on this site I think. Could be fiddly for elderly to use codes given on the phone. I know my father would not figure it out.

Neat and clean. Good location and we could walk everywhere. Breakfast room was nice to have as we went to the grocery store and ate at the hotel.

Towels were replaced in one room (we had two) although they were hung up. The breakfast room could use a fridge and maybe a sink and kettle. Not too many restaurants close by.

The room was comfortable and very clean. It was very nice and so was the building itself. The location is great, very close to the metro and city center itself (about 15-20 minutes walk to the cathedral). Totally recommend!
