The breakfast should have some spicy items like omelet, vegetables etc.

Good location close to the Metro, but also easy walking into the central areas. Spacious well equipped bedroom with very comfortable bed, good shower, and very welcome tea and coffee making facilities. Bedroom did not face the road, so was nice and quiet with no traffic noise. No gluten free options available so we did not eat at the hotel but were recommended the Negra Café nearby, with excellent, good value food.

Bathroom was quite dark, especially the shower area. No gluten free options available at breakfast even when requested several months ahead.

the staff were superb. very friendly and helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean breakfast timing and quality suited us perfectly although the location was not exactly central it was conveniently situated for the metro

the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was not good. I had to shave in a shadow the view from the room was not brilliant

The hotel is in a great location to see the main sights, and it's very close to the Trindade Metro that links with all Metro lines, including the airport. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice!

It was a shame the room didn't have a fridge, especially with it being so warm. Also the room service forgot to replace a few things in the room a couple of times. But otherwise there was nothing bad and I would stay again.

For a continental breakfast the choices available was good. Staff is superb - professional, personable and extremely helpful.

One downside for me - the basin is of a generous size so the bathroom mirror is too far away for a short sighted person to apply make up, and there is no light where the full length mirror was.

Excellent location 5 minutes from Trindade station, 10-15 minutes downhill walk to main center. Room was modern, well sized, clean, comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower are well sized too. One downside is the A/C is turned off for the winter so we opened a window, there were some loud seagulls outside our window that interrupted our sleep. Aside from that everything else was great.

The location is ok, and the breakfast is decent if you don’t have any restrictions. Don’t expect vegan options, dairy free milk or butter, or that type of details.

There is only one small elevator which is not enough for the size of the building. The cleanliness could be a bit better too.

If you are looking for a budget hotel with basic yet decent and fully functional rooms, this is your place. It is walking distance from the center and a short walk from Trindade metro station. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast option seems overpriced. There is a café across the road from the metro station where you can get a pastry or two and coffee for a fraction of the cost.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms where comfortable.

Hotel needs a refresh. A little more lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast needs to cater for dairy allergies

Good space in the room, good shower. A 5-minute walk (downhill) to downtown

Expensive Breakfast (E 9,50), in the high part of the city, after a day walking is quite a walk to go back to the hotel.
