Well, the location is perfect, right on the Camino route and across the road from the historic, mediaeval fort/ walled city. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly, offering restaurant advice and even printing something I needed. The room was very spacious, with a balcony and a wonderful bath to soak in( lovely toiletries provided too). The buffet breakfast was the best so far, with a wide range of hot and cold food choices. A very busy hotel, but obviously because it is so good.

The room was absolutely nice and clean. Great WiFi, comfortable bed and not noisy at all. The hotel itself is a bit old school, but the room was amazing! Breakfast was good as well and they had a variety of cheese, which I haven’t seen in any other hotels. Hotel is close to the old town and the train station.
The floors need a little update, as it seems a bit dark and not really welcoming.

Convenient to the train station, fort, and Camino. Staff were super helpful. Full breakfast included in the price. Very good value.
Only problem was we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. If we had contacted the staff I'm sure they would have helped us. It was OK as is.

This is a perfect stop for walkers on the Camino or for vacationers wanting to see the city within the fortress. I could see the markers for the Camino from the breakfast room. Basic but perfectly clean accommodations, and a great value for the money.

Liked our room when we got the right one. We have booked 30m2 and with minibar - the first room we got was smaller and no minibar. Fine breakfast, but not overwhelming but a nice room to sit in on top floor with nice view.

The smell, there were these little machines spread accords the floors with a scent that was too strong. It was so strong that when entering the room it looked like the room smelled bad while it didn’t smell bad

The hotel was perfectly okay. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the bed would make my top-five list on my Camino.
I sleep with the door or window open and that was a really bad idea since there's construction during the day and partying until roughly 3:00 AM which left me rather tired the following day.
