Hotel Rali Viana

From the moment we arrived the staff were as helpful as they could be. One room had a shower and rain shower and electric shutter which was excellent. I got a sweet left in my room with lovely note last day. Pool was small but nice and i asked for sauna to ve turned on which was lovely.

One of the rooms had a shower over bath and the couple staying were older and said it was difficult to climb into and the reception said this was only room left in hotel with bath but both rooms were same price. Position of main door wardrobe doors and bathroom doors were on top of each other in this room so difficult for someone coming out of bathroom if someone else was taking something out of wardrobe. Advertised as having dietary menus but there were none.

The best I had from this place was the reception staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is amazing along with Spa. I really enjoyed the wellness center.

It is sad to say, but I have to say. Breakfast! I stayed 2 nights, on the first morning it was good breakfast along with a lot of choices including hot food (eggs), on the second morning very disappointing, minimal variety of food. I assume that was because the first morning it was Friday and the second it was Saturday (LOL - its true thou!) ps. they had work people staying there Monday to Friday. Beds. Unfortunately for me it was not good comfort.

Breakfast very good. staff were very helpful and friendly especially the senior receptionist and Ana. Bedroom was good size and storage space good. Cleanliness was very good.

I would like to have tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Electric blinds not working in room 309. There was no information available in the rooms I found the pizzas were too big for me and would like to have had a choice of size.

friendly staff and good quality for a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Swimming pool was also very pleasant. They had a booking schedule so it would not be overcrowded which is a great idea. it was more because of COVID restrains, but I think it’s an idea to hold on to.

Sometimes hard to find parking space. Although you do have free parking around the hotel, I wouldn’t mind having to pay a small fee to guarantee I have a spot. Besides the restaurant it would be nice to have other offers for meals. One night we felt like staying in but just wanted to have a light meal like a soup and a sandwich but it wasn’t possible so we had to go out. It’s not a deal breaker but just something they could think of adding on to the service.

great location -close to train station. staff was very responsive with questions and very helpful. very friendly staff and accommodations were very nice. clean and organized room with small amenities one doesn’t have to bring. look forward to coming back to property.

food was good but very plain

really nice small wellness centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The interior decoration of the common areas is somewhere between the vintage and the old. The room decoration was a bit outdated. Still our stay was really comfortable bolstered by our extensive use of the wellness centre. The hotel itself is only a 10min walk from the main square and given how safe and small the city is you’ll be able to walk everywhere from there

Great location, very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. Pool is available for guests, as is Swedish and Turkish sauna. Great value for money, would definitely come back.

Bathroom should be more separated from the rest of the room.

Liked · The staff was the absolute best!!! We had been hiking all day & were met by the most welcoming staff offering a cold drink and smiling faces! The hotel was lovely and the food, both at dinner & at breakfast, were outstanding!

The Hotel is very close to the longest Roman Bridge and to many fantastic restaurants. The location is in my opinion very good

There was nothing I did not like, if I ever come to this region again, I will stay again at Hotel Rali.

the staff was excellent. the breakfast was excellent. and the room was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet.

hotel was nice. not crazy about the door for the toilet. not altogether private enough.
