Hotel International Iasi

This was my third visit to Iasi and second time stay in this hotel. Owing to location, I would say this is the best hotel in Iasi. It is a nice 4-5 stars hotel facing the Palace mall and was surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants. Easy stay, available food, available coffee, shopping and easy transportation. Go for it

When we come to Iasi, we always stay in Hotel International. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean.

I think the hotel needs some renovation. This time we have unpleasant smell in bathroom and main room. At breakfast there wasn’t fish, regularly it was salmon( So, we eat salmon every morning and we can’t do it this time.

The kind staff, the great breakfast and the good location. As well the rooms are clean and nice, except the noise everything was perfect.

There is a bar/club near the hotel which making loud music for all night long, the windows are not soundproof and the music disturbs sleep.

Top location, scumptious breakfast, large and well appointed rooms, excellent staff, good parking arrangement nearby. The hotel was numerous other facilities that we didn't use, but they look top notch as well

Friday and Saturday night -- until 4:00 sharp -- it was difficult to rest, let alone to sleep, due to loud music from nearby locals (had a room facing the Palace). Avoid if you need a good night sleep on weekends.

Restaurant (they didn’t have some dishes that were in the menu, salad looked more like breakfast and was tasteless, staff in restaurant is emotionless); disco outside on Friday and Saturday!!! It was impossible to fall asleep till 6 a.m

Very central location. Walking distance to most offices and shopping malls. It can get noisy during concerts in the park but these typically stop by10pm so no persistent noise issues. Quiet yet in the middle of the action.

Due to the many international firms and corporate visitors, prices are rather expensive for the area. Breakfast, while good and varied, could be even better for the price.

great location and great room

As usual in every normal hotel they ask if I would like to pay with the same card that I left for reservation. And when I’m doing check out at 8 am, I’m not supposed to find out that 4 hours earlier I was charged with my other card that I planned to pay with different one. The minimum is to check one second before with the guest, don’t understand why to charge the card at the middle of the night when few hours later I’m coming for the checkout. First time I’m facing that issue at the hotel…. disappointing, the stuff could be nicer and to think one moment before …

The hotel is very well located, next to a big mall with lots of shops and things to do. Friendly staff, big room, quiet and with good view.

I don't like that fact that it has a SPA advertised but, and this is not our first stay at this hotel, it is never open. On our first visit they said the water is cold and we can't use it, on our second stay we got told that is under maintenance and now (3rd visit) they said it is being closed from January to March 18. The spa should be removed from this listing
