Good location

Problems with the heating system (the heating function ventilates only cold air). The remote control from the heating system is old and difficult to use due to the worn buttons. The windows do not insulate the noise well. The bathroom toilet area was not clean at all (pee smell)

Staff was nice. Location is very good.

Our room's door was next to the anti-fire door that lead to a hallway full of other rooms. People kept opening the anti-fire doors, which then blocked entrance and exit of our room. It was annoying. Also the room and furniture is kinda old. Clean, just very used.

I liked very much the hotel - it is best placed right in the center of the city, close to the pedestrian area, it has comfortable beds, nice view over the city, we found parking places every day in the hotel parking, the personnel was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. The restaurant of the hotel is highly underrated - I do not know why they don't make extra efforts to promote it. The food was great, prices pretty ok versus the other restaurants in the area. The only thing I would definitely adjust is that they only serve dinner and not lunch. They even sent a complimentary bottle of wine to my mother who was celebrating her birthday.

The amount of money I paid because I got the rooms through Booking (even if I am a Genius level 2 client and have some allegedly good deals) was much higher than if I had booked the rooms directly with the hotel. The difference was around 60 Euros for 2 rooms per night.

Bright room with a balcony facing the city. Being located on the third floor, you had a very beautiful view of the city and the sunrise. Big beds and very confortable. Good breakfast and various. A nice atmosfere in the hotel and a lovely inner courtyard.

The entrance door is blocked by the hall door and you have to put it aside every time you want to enter or leave (when you leave you have to be careful not to hit someone). The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: there were peanuts and chips under the child's bed (the vacuum cleaner was not very good). The shelves of the clothes closet were occupied by the coffee machine and the safe, so the clothes stayed in the suitcase and on the chairs.

The location

They can’t guarantee not reserve a parking lot for a client, as I was informed. Though when we came, we saw a lot of reservation signs on free parking lots in front of the hotel. This is a common issue for many hotels and such hotels are a no for me to come back. If a client is with a car and you have free parking spots reserved for someone else, this looks not good. I had to place my car to a public place and got hot by other car at night. This is the service of Continentals? no for me.

The location is amazing, with great access to parking as well as being next to the city center (but not in the crowded part), so it was very quiet. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view of the snow covered mountains.

The bathroom and its layout. I just could not understand why would anyone think that it’s a good idea not to have proper doors and just replace them with glass one with holes in them. Basically you cold hear everything (and almost see everything). There was no intimacy and it just felt odd. I am sorry that the bathroom ruins such a nice room.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was comfy and good soundproofing in the room. Breakfast was available until 10.30 and 11 at the weekend but you had to be there before hand as they started to clear the food at those times. Taxi rank just outside the hotel. It was 4 to 5 euros for the taxi to the airport for two people.

Room was quite small with the toilet and shower room next to the bed. Frosted glass doors and panels surrounding the shower and toilet. It wouldn't be a room for a first date anyway. The cooked breakfast was cold on three of the mornings because the covers were left off the food. It was fine the first morning as it was covered. Other than that the Breakfast was great with plenty of choice meats, breads, cereals cheeses, juices etc

Glass walls around bathroom area for very poor privacy. Getting in and out of bath tub shower not that easy. No lighting in shower or toilet area. Sadly, generally a very poorly designed bathroom solution. Switching on bathroom light flooded bed area with light to disturb anyone still sleeping. Unable to separate the beds in the twin room further apart from each other.

Love it. I had a room for three separating the matrimonial from the sofa through a half wall. Nicely decorated, far better than in the pictures (I suggest removing those), it exceeded my expectations.ocation is truly the best, easy to park (public 2 euro per night or by the hotel 4 euro per night is a joke right in the heart of the city). Very comfy bed, sofa was ready with the sheets on when we arrived, modern shower. Breakfast is good and decent quality and richness. Recommended restaurant at walking distance: La Cuptor, very good quality.

Bathroom is in the room technically next to our bed and might be a bit of a challenge for some people who need more personal space or highly pudic and need a clearer separation and distance. We are couple plus 8year and we had no issues, though.

The location was excellent. The staff also. The breakfast also very good. The room spacious.

The bathroom door handle was broken and was impossible to close the bathroom door. This should be checked before we arrived.The hotel people proposed to call someone to fix it but we denied because we were to tired from the trip and needed to sleep. It looked like it was repaired a lot of times before also. The main room had no window.
