fron desk employees were not professional at all! I had to go all the way down to the Lobby to collect my food ordered by the delivery apps bcs the security didn’t allow them to go directly to the room (for security reasons!?!). asking the front desk for a taxi was also challenging! not professional at all! not a service of a 4 stars hotel for sure!

The hotel built on a very beautiful architecture, location was very well maintained, the lobby ambient was very good. swimming pool, sauna, hot air bathing, good breakfast, dinner..... it's amazing.

The menu in the restaurant was very few, need to increase the types of main course food specially meat and sea food. like to have some cold ice creams, desserts.

Stuff not familiar with IHG children policy that children less than 12 years meal is free but they are arguing that it must be charged"attached policy photo from the hotel restaurant itself"

Perfect breakfast, and dinner , foods are perfect, and the staffs are very friendly and accomodating

The water in the Bathroom is staying at the floor there is no drainage in the toilet section only in the shower section has the drainage

it is excellent and meet my expectations, both place and serving staff are excellent . i do not the breakfast need any more change or there is nothing to add to it , it is enough as it is now.

i like you to keep the level you are at now, in all parts, cleaning , room services , restaurant and internet service. i like this hotel with the it is at now.

1) Room was clean 2) Window sun shades were perfect..Total darkness during day time helps u sleep better 3) Shower water heater was excellent and water tempreture was hot 4) Hotel manager called me few days later asking me about my stay and how was it.. This is a clear indication that this hotel seeks improvement and i appreciate the gesture

1) 80% of time during my stay in the room was total quietness except some times there is a little noise from something running like a small generator

The good welcome and the room upgrade thst I was awarded.

The suite I got was freaking cold in the month of December as the AC was on when I checked in. I got a flu the next day that I have lingered for more than a week. The problem is that during the pandemic this is no joke, and people think you are infected...

Break fast was as good as it could be in this Covid restricted time. Location is excellent. Staff was very help, specially would like to mention the name of Parvez, how he remember what I have asked for and he has provided it, it was so nice of him. Such staff behaviour makes good name for the hotel. Would like to visit again in future.

I didn’t eat breakfast,since I went to chill at IKEA.I enjoyed my stay,my bed and soft pillows very comfortable.cleanliness exceptional.

The water wasn’t warm enough plus the colour not so good,otherwise everything and all the staff were good.

Everything / staff / reception / breakfast / dinner/ room service / no noise in the room / they were there when ever I need them.

They do not follow booking .com that why extra money is charged as the issue was raised on phone call before my arrival. The total sum of money was paid to the hotel in the same transaction then how come only the rest of the amount was taken but not all. That means whatever happened was some how linked to this site and it was hidden. I don't trust this site any more and will not use it again.
