Swiss Al Hamra Hotel

The reception staff was the best of the best, two ladies if I don't mistake their name ( Rim & Fatna ) both they were so helpful in every request, they have made our stay much better 5 stars to them. The hotel it self is well located 1 min for Masjid and also very close to passport office also its 30 min walk to the beach. I highly recommend the hotel

The staff members were very friendly. AMAZING dinner buffet Rooms were clean, all amenities were provided in the room. The room service were swift and very responsive Beds were extremely comfortable

The thermostats in the rooms looks to be from the stone age. A/C vents had to be cleaned and the filters replaced as there was a damp smell

Staffs is very accommodating! Room setup is extremely comforting although there is no sala set (separate living room) I can say it's a good value for money. Overall, it was a VERY GOOD experience and room given to us is SUPERB.

Only one thing, we have comforter which is smelly (not properly washed) and asked for replacement on it. No living room but it's fine.

The check in was quite smooth and the receptionist was very helpful. The location was ideal as many services were a stone throw from the hotel. The breakfast was acceptable. I would appreciate more culinary variety in the free breakfast but certainly the food provided in the restaurant (paid meals) were great and very well prepared. I would appreciate that same care in the breakfast.

The room was very cold and I had to switch off the air conditioner as I could not adjust the temperature.

Located in the heart of the old business district, very near to the industrial area. Even getting out of the pandemic, very suitable for business visit with all relevant facilities from room service, laundry service, house keeping, very good breakfast option and operational on site restaurants, walking distance from restaurants and grocery store. Very maintained and functional building and facilities. Ample and safe parking area.

For a business hotel location, the wireless LAN should have been better serviced. I appreciate the staff accommodated me on top floor but the flood lights near the window caused brightness and somewhat discomfort during the night.

It's a good place for travelers. I found a different view of Dammam in the evening.

The space is a little small for activities in the room. The price of canteen is over than the market price. I guess it affects the quantities of your customers.

Proximity to all major locations including restaurants and hospitals.

The neverending issues about the airconditioning units not giving the best temperature despite maximum level.

Close to Philippine grocery and restaurants and some Food and Beverage staff are Filipinos. Guest Service is accommodating, especially Mr. Abdulaziz.

Housekeeping was not easy to contact but if requested for cleaning, they do a good job. Food options for breakfast is almost the same everyday.

The word Excellent is not enough. This is a 5 star hotel in terms of the quality of service. Fatima at the Reception is great customer service oriented. She goes of her way to help and provide informatioin.
