Eurostars Lucentum

The hotel’s location is very good. A 10 minute walk to beach and lots of bars and shops much nearer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and very clean. lots of freebies too! razor kit, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, soap. Beds were king size and comfy. Breakfast was delicious- lots of choice of hot and cold food. Also the bus stop for the C6 bus from Alicante Airport was just opposite the hotel. Cost about 3euros. Tram stop (Mercado)also was very close to hotel . We went to Benidorm for the day on the Tram. very cheap if you purchase a travel card. 13 euros for 6 adults return.

The lifts!! Slow to arrive and no lights to indicate which floor the lift was on.

First of all I was surprised why we were given a room for disabled persons when I had requested for a queen bed and a non-slippery bath mat for the bathtub. In Europe most hotels always have bathtubs w/c are unnecessary and don't have any non-slippery mats so when the request came in, someone unintentionally put it under that category but they gave us a standard normal room right away after I asked to change rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect and everything was easy access. The mattresses were a little too firm. There was no lunch served in their own restaurant but there are hundreds of places outside to choose from. Everyone was very helpful.

The property was fantastic (we moved from a well known chain that was full of Laddy English holiday makers). We were lucky to move to Euorostars Oasis. Brand new hotel, staff were excellent (especially Xavier). Facilities were excellent also, 5 min walk to the beach, 20 mins walk from Puerto Banus. Nice quiet hotel with hefty free pours. Spa was available to be booked for an hour of private use for free. Beds were huge and comfortable with a pillow menu.

The one draw back was that the TVs in the rooms do not have smart capabilities (no streaming service apps built in, or the ability to share screens), so it was Spanish TV or nothing.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, with so many places to visit within close walking distance to each other. This includes the beach and marina, which has some breathtaking views. Also, there are some great choices of restaurants/takeaways (some vegan/vegetarian places to). The hotel was brilliant, staff extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast wasn't bad either, although lacked vegetarian/vegan options.

We asked for tea making facilty during the online booking stage as most reviews pointed this out. Also, tea bags are additional cost so we brought our own. However, for a 4 star rated hotel, we would have expected the hotel to have provided tea, coffee and kettle in the room AS STANDARD. Nevertheless, the hotel did equip our room with a kettle along with 2 decent sized mugs as requested for free when we arrived so no complaints 😉.

I stayed one night in November, en-route to see family. Different staff members were so kind, from reception down to the canteen - they went out of their way to help, especially at reception. The room was comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the lovely old market. Loads of space. Large bathroom with its own window. I arrived directly from the airport at night, using the C6 bus which arrives at a stop across the road. It was also very helpful that they kept my luggage safely for a couple of hours after I checked out before catching a train.

The hotel is very nice, central to walking anywhere in Alicante. To beach, to Castle, marina and many restaurant options in the area. Took number C6 bus from airport and the stop was right across the street. We walked 10 minutes to the train station for our next destination. Breakfast was good, varied and continuously replenished.

Only complaint was the room was quite warm, warm outside too, a/c wasn’t on yet. Too early in the season. We did open the window, but still warm.

This is what I can call a 5 star Hotel in all senses. From the check in to the checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The location is just perfect, with a bus stop from the airport just in front of the hotel and lots of shops , bars and restaurants nearby. It's very near the old town and 10 min walk to the beach. It's also opposite the central market and near the main tourist attractions. The room and the bathroom were super clean and comfy. It had everything I needed for the period I stayed. The products in the bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) smelled amazing!! Every single detail called my attention: there was a free bottle of water and some sweets to welcome me! The staff was gentle and helpful. The receptionist lent me a charger for my 1st day and gave me a map of the city and explained to me the main parts.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be better is the noise from the street, but I understand it's due to its super central location.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful, offering maps and other information on the city. When we advised that we needed to check out before breakfast service started, she offered the option of a breakfast box to us, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious clean and well sound proofed. The view was of the Mecardo building opposite which is a beautiful building. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre, there also many restaurants and bars within two or three minute's walk. Check out was speedy and we were given our breakfast boxes, which to be honest contained enough food for four or five people rather than two! All in all, a great experience and will definitely stay again.

The only little would be that there are only two lifts, and they are extremely slow. I imagine when the hotel is at full capacity this could be frustrating.

location was excellent for the mercado tram and the busy bar restaurant areas room very spacious , bed very comfortable, large bathroom with bath we only stayed 1 night so didn’t have breakfast we left at 4am to get a flight.

curtains weren’t black out and being opposite the mercado and the busy road was a little noisy on a sat night however these are only minor things that ear plugs and face mask can resolve

Staff were friendly. The room was nice. Other guests were also friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from all shops and about 8 minutes walking to the beach. There's a lovely bakery about a minute away and the bus to the airport is just over the road.

We did request a twin room but got a double. It wasn't a big deal for us. When booking it did say there may not be twin beds available. We didn't ask reception if they could change it because it wasn't a problem. I think they would have tried to if we asked The staff were helpful and pleasant. And the bed was big!
