Good to have a reception to check in. Very friendly and helpful staff particularly with map, directions and about the buses. Large apartment , enough space as we were 4 adults. Very large bed in the bedroom and comfy sofa bed in living area. Good location for shops, bars, and the bullring as we were seeing a concert there. Good AC . Good bathroom with large shower. Electric window blinds so no noise at night from outside.

No electric kettle but that is usual in Spain. Only glass cups needed crockery ones for tea. A few smaller bowls needed for yoghurt etc. Two champagne flutes provided but no wine glasses.

Spotless, spacious apartment with great aircon and power shower, a lovely little kitchen and sitting room, complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch, staff were really friendly and professional, completely spotless throughout, nice little elevator too. Lovely little bar in the reception area. Car parking in the underground parking across the road was 21 euros for 24 hours and very safe and secure. Really excellent hotel, faultless in every way. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very nice surprise. These apartments are new and the flat that we got was new, modern and clean. Lovely furniture and spacious. Location, perfect. Plenty of supermarkets and just around the corner you have all you need to have fun, to party. You have the beach at 10 minutes and the train station. You have museums, the castle and whatever else you need (in the city). The cafeteria offers good coffee and the staff is lovely, kind and always have a nice smile.

We stayed in the studio 302. The hotel has very good location. Parking 50m from the hotel cost 20 EUR per day. Nicely refurbished. Nice staff. Very clean. Nice bathroom and shower. There is coffee / tea in the room. It was nice to have multiple pillows to choose from, for sleeping.

My recommendation to the hotel owner, for studio 302: - Add a mirror for dressing. - Repair the kitchen sink, it looks bad. - The mattress is in very bad condition, I suggest changing it. Or at least you could add a top mattress.

The room was more like an apart-hotel room; containing a small kitchen, tea/coff and complimentary litre bottle of water. A well stocked bar with prices clearly advertised; a bottle of wine at 9€, a good price for a hotel. In addition, a small café in reception, with excellent coffee

The tea in the bedroom was only Infusions, not breakfast tea or milk available with the complimentary tea/coffee. A very small detail and di not take rom the other excellent facilities.

First of all we didn’t expect it to be a full one bedroom apartment, so it was a good surprise. It was very modern, nicely organized and clean. And extra 1000 points go to stuff! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, we got all the answers we were looking for and taxis ordered when we asked about it.

Location seems to be pretty much in center of everything with all the shops, restaurants and public transportation, but a bit too far from the beach, but again we saw the map and chose it ourselves :D

Very good location to see the local attractions. Beach , castle , shopping centre all were with in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Our flight was late in evening so they stored our luggage at the hotel . They also booked a taxi for us . Taxi to airport cost €20.

I am tea lover. The appartment did not have kettle . Had coffee machine . Coffee pods were provided but there were no milk available. Requested milk from the reception. Good option for black coffee lovers.

- location is excellent: 10 - 15 min walking distance to everything - apartment size! You have 50 sq m, good size of the bedroom, shower room and cozy living room - clean - comfy bed and pillows - bedroom has a door, so you stay in the darkness any time you need - 2 mins by foot to the Tram station - 10 mins by foot to the airport bus stop - 15 mins by foot to the Train/Bus stop - friendly stuff - avocado toast is tasty!

- smell: problem with the mold/humidity, mostly like in all Europe. It smells in the kitchen drawers and if you open small windows in the shower/bedroom (do not do it) - cleaning ladies use some refresher which smells awful (for my taste), hard to airing the bedroom - soundproof in the bedroom does not exist, if you are not lucky to live with the active couple who makes noise all night you are cooked and do not sleep at all. You hear everything! - breakfast good but you need to know you have a choice (tea or coffee + bottled or fresh juice + croissant plain/chocolate or toast).

The experience was wonderful with kind staff and an exceptional room that was spotless and spacious, in the heart of alicante only being around a 15 minite walk to the beach. We can't wait to stay here again!!

the only downside, if you could really call it a downside, was that the room was said to be soundproof, although we could hear outside and the floor above us.

Exceptionally well appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Cleaned to a very high standard. Excellent value even though I was a single occupant.

Because the property was so lovely I feel that I am being very picky. For me, the bed was on the firm side, I prefer a softer mattress. The mirror above the sink could have been placed higher. I am average height but had to bend to see my face in the mirror. The control of the shower/tap was difficult to be sure it was in the off position. The wash basin had a hairline crack and a couple of chips around the edge.
