The buffet was excellent, the food choices were varied and nice and hot. The restaurant staff were very particular keeping all dishes well topped up. There was a chef on the food station preparing freshly cooked meats, eggs etc. The waitresses were also very efficient. For a hotel in this price range I would give the restaurant 10 out of 10. The room was nicely appointed with a good sized balcony. The outside pool was heated. The underground parking was good and not as expensive as some private parking.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I would suggest booking a pool view room as they are south facing and overlook the garden. The back of the hotel faces North and overlooks the road which might be noisy at night. It was quiet on our side.

Excellent hotel, we are very happy with our stay. I strongly recommend it. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are changed. There is a safe in the wardrobe that fits a laptop. The air conditioner works perfectly. There are large balconies with table and chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Alcohol prices at the pool bar are normal. The food is truly superb. There is an abundance of everything. I couldn't try half the dishes for a few days. There are always many types of salads, fish, meat, vegetarian food, fruit, sweets, ice cream. Some dishes are made in front of you on a barbecue. The seafood is very tasty and varied. There is a huge free parking near the hotel, where there are always places. The beaches are very close. All around it is ideal for youth companies and parties. The internet connection is fast and uninterrupted. I'm glad I chose the right place for my holiday and I really have nothing to complain about.

There is no bathtub in the bathroom, although the size allows for it. There is no brush to clean the toilet. There were no blankets in the closet, only sheets. Water in the restaurant is chargeable, although our dinner was included in the offer. The sunbeds around the pool are not enough for all guests. The gym was locked.

The extremely warm welcome from Eduardo. The room was very spacious and we received complimentary bottles of water. A huge amount of choice for breakfast, something for everyone. Loved the music playing by the pool.

Shower being inside the bath wasn’t very good, the water kept leaking all over the floor which we had to keep mopping up. Carpets on the landings were smelly/musty Swimming pool was very small for the size of the hotel, was warm and not very deep.

Location, comfy bed with a great shower and excellent breakfast that catered for me well being gluten free.

Would have liked a kettle in the room, to be able to make a drink.

Great location, hotel was spotless, nice big shower in the room. Plenty of storage and hangars. Good amount of plug sockets. Spacious balcony. Pool and spa area really nice. In fact the spa was great value and I’d highly recommend.

My husband tried to organise buying a bottle of fizz for my birthday, the first night it didn’t arrive and so he went down to reception. They accused him of saying it was my birthday just to get a freebie. First off it was my birthday, secondly he was asking to pay for a bottle and not asking for anything for free. Eventually the second night a bottle arrived at 7:30pm just before we were leaving for the evening. So what was supposed to be something really nice ended up a bit disappointing. Only other niggle is that there is no drinking water in the spa.

The hotel was very nice. Spotless, modern and lovely pool area. A nice place to chill out during the day. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options.

On the first night, after a great evening on the strip, we sat inside the room chatting. Just 2 of us having a conversation when we got a knock on the door from security about the noise. We were confused as we didn't have music on, just 2 people talking normally inside their room. The next day, we got a call from reception saying they had complaints about the noise, and I needed to come to reception to sign a letter. If was a warning. On the letter it said, no loud talking aloud!!

The Hotels location was absolutely perfect close to everything, beach, bars, restaurants, entertainment  and the staff were so polite, professional and friendly.

Carlos at Reception was so helpful and really professional yet so friendly. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the restaurant has great food choices. Food was absolutely delicious. We have stayed in this Hotel for the Fiesta for the past 7 years. It never disappoints! Highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The room was simple, but with everything necessary to spend vacation time. The bed was comfortable - neither too soft nor too hard, just fine. Location is very close to "night life" centers, for those who likes it :) - this is an advantage for some people, but can be some disadvantage for others. Walking time to the beach was about 7-8 minutes, which is close enough for us. There are lot of shops/cafes/etc nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast was good, everything was always fresh and good quality. The room was clean, and it was serviced every day.

Air conditioning was not always working well - room temperature was ~2 degrees higher than I set on the control block, but it did not cause big problems. It was strange that my key did not open the door to gym when I tried... but I did not went to reception to fix it, I'm sure it could have beeen fixed. For those who likes absolute peace and silience the location might not be a good one, as there are lot of bars nearby, so if window is open you can hear music. But that's not a big problem for sure, if windows closed.

Very very clean staff was very helpful and kind Lola at the reception Antonio and everyone welcoming us at breakfast we will for sure come back. Really better than some 5 star hotels

Parking is a bit of a struggle bath with a jacuzzi was lovely but it is a bit high to get in and out so if mobility is not very good it might be best to ask for a shower.
