Great hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Clean and good location. Lovely clean pool. Good sunbeds. Pool towels for deposit. Good cleaning service, beds remade everyday.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room which I would expect to have this in a 4 star hotel. Really disappointed that a few months before the trip I asked to change the booking from 4 nights to 3 nights and was told I couldn’t do that as it was a minimum 4 night stay that bank holiday weekend, despite it being within free cancellation period. We left the hotel after 3 nights but had to pay for 4 nights. I really feel I was taken advantage of as there was another group that went home that day! Really annoyed about this and would not book this hotel again because of it.

Room (junior Suite) was well furnished with a modern feel. Bathroom was good quality. Food was plentiful and well presented and more importantly 'hot' which sometimes is amiss with AI buffets. I believe the reason for this was owing to this being a smaller hotel (by comparison) to others around, so the food was presented in smaller receptacles and swapped out for fresh when low.

I felt the bar staff (not all) were lacking on skills to mix cocktails to a suitable standard. Wait was also sometimes longer than expected owing to the staff - (sometimes a single person) had to cater for both inside and outside bars (adjoined though a door). If you are British and are used to British style food you may struggle here if you are a fussy eater. Personally I like Spanish style food which was the majority here as the hotel I would guess was 95%+ Spanish. Entertainment could have been better. During my visit it was 5 days out of 7 and the 'single' entertainer catering to a 70+ age group and speaking in Spanish throughout.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, especially Christina behind the bar. She was great! Food variety was more than adequate - lots of fish and meat options. All inclusive for €25 a day was an absolute no brainer. Worth every penny.

Nothing. It was fine. Maybe some music over the speakers around the pool, but it was a much older clientele than we were expecting to be surrounded by. I think the average age of guest must have been around 60! Which was unexpected, but not necessarily a bad thing.

Our arrival was smooth and the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and overlooked the pool. The food in the restaurant was for us fantastic. In fact Restaurant standard on some occasions. Lots of choice, even champagne breakfast was on offer ! Entertainment was good..... mostly Spanish but they sang English artists too. Great location, 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to Old Town and 10 mins to the mad crazy bit. Perfect for us.

Location was great for everything ie bars and beach very clean hotel two amazing swimming pool very quiet and the young lad how cook the steak and pizza was very friendly and amazing chef

Are balcony doors locks were broken so we couldn't locks the doors thanks god we were on the 5th floor and some food wasn't up to 4 star hotel standards ie breakfast and vegetables boil to death and on Sunday all the foods signs were in Spanish and coach pick up spot not very well signs posted

Staff were lovely. Super clean hotel. Fantastic location. Near the beach, the promenade and the old town. All rooms have been refurbished. I’ve enjoyed both pools.

Food could improve. Coffee and juices for breakfast were horrible (from a machine). The best part were the salad and fruit options and the live cooking (grilled food, eggs, pizza). Healthy corner was a nice idea but a bit repetitive. Cooked food was in the lower range, very oily and not great flavours. Lots of options, but mostly disappointing. The rooms have a thick curtain that block the light but there’s not a thing one. So or you are in the dark or people can see you.

It was close to the best part of the beach. Room was a nice size. Pool was shaded and you can rent pool/beach towels for a euro each for your whole stay. Daily cleaning of rooms. Bathroom was a decent size.

Check in was a hassle and room wasn't ready. Ladies were frustrated and not very helpful. Could be a cool bar and pool experience but they shut down early.

Brilliant selection of good food at breakfast and dinner, with plenty of healthy options. Staff in the restaurant were really hard workers, and very pleasant. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean, and appeared to run like clockwork. Over 100 rooms, I think, but we never had to wait for the lift. Lovely seating areas around the hotel and very nice bars, inside and outside. The main swimming pool was lovely, and a very good size, and the smaller pool was good too, Our room was very comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space, a free safe, quality bedding and tv with many channels. Free entertainment was unexpected but really good, Perfect location, near to the sea and to the centre of town. Absolute value for money; we had a lovely relaxing time. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Los Alamos.

People who 'reserve' sun loungers and then go out off site for hours at a time; the hotel should have a policy in place to prevent selfish people from doing this. Just a minor point - towels could have been a little bigger.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. No complaints with breakfast or dinner. Drink prices compared to some hotels is reasonable

There is a little bit of street noise. That said, it's to be expected!
