It’s has good location, next to the supermarket. the rooms are simple and tidy. We had a lovely Mountain View. Good variety of food for breakfast.
Thin walls, you can hear neighbors. It is a big hotel, so there are a lot of people and it gets rather noisy and crowded during the breakfast time.

plenty of choice for food, location ideal. most of the staff were really nice.
couldn’t get a drink before 9am with all inclusive. coffee machine was shut off till 9am. This is not good enough, especially for travellers who are leaving the hotel for early flights, not being able to get a drink. not as nice as other h.top hotels we have stayed in.

We enjoyed all meals and drinks! Friendly staff - I could reach them any time, they helped me with all questions, even if I asked several times the same and wanted to make it all clear. Also, it was a pleasure that you can invite clean staff to your room without added payment. We like sweemingpools - clean and warm water. The location is fantastic, near the shop and 10 min to the sea.
The coffee machines, sometimes it gave me not that drink which I expected. The noise in the dining room.

The refurb has improved the outside areas and the bedrooms a lot.
The enamel bath surface needs replacing and a new shower curtain would be a cheap improvement to make as shower curtains are old and discoloured.

the property was being done up when we stayed at the spa Htop . so I said I want to stay there in September so we did
the property was great just 2 things I was not happy door never locked / patio bedding was ripped

The staff were very friendly, the pools were great, and plenty of sun beds. Close to the beach, with restaurants and bars close by. Transport close by as well, so easy to get to Barcelona.
We couldn't lock the balcony door, but for one night we weren't bothered and probably could have been sorted, we were just in a rush in the morning.
