Excellent room on with balcony with a direct sea view. Spotlessly clean hotel and with excellent service. Also has its own parking which is difficult to find in Spain :).. Also my son's bed was made with a proper mattress. What made it super special was the cava and 2 glasses to welcome us in the room! I would definitely return

Mattress on the main bed could be more comfortable

The location and views over the sea are amazing. The building is a historical building and it is decorated tastefully taking into account the history and the background of it. The breakfast is organised by booking slots, I think by doing so they avoided guests waiting in queues for tables. The food was very good, in fact they catered for all needs. One important point for people driving there, they have safe parking spaces in a garage a few minutes from the hotel.

I did not stay long enough to find anything that I did not like. I only stayed for two nights though.

The ambiance of the lobby was wonderfullly decorated for the holiday season and candles at night throughout the lobby and the receptionist was pleasant and helpful when she greeted us. The historic value of this property made it a great choice and should have booked a suite on top for the ultimate treat. Super clean in the rooms and public areas with ample areas to grab a book and read just off the lobby. Breakfast had the best service person greeting us every day for a week ...plenty of choices and the fresh orange juice was a hit.

The parking costs were high for the winter (15 euros per night) when there was ample parking nearby. Still it was close enough. One small downside is that for breakfast that the coffee was weak no matter what type we ordered and suspect it had to do with the machine. Plenty of outside options for that nearby.

We had a suite which was even nicer than expected - we particularly enjoyed the comfortable sofa and two large TVs as well as the relaxing decor. There were lots of lovely touches that helped to make us comfortable - a mini bar/drinks fridge, the bright, adjustable reading light, charging points either side of the bed with a little shelf for your phone, well positioned sockets and hooks. The owner and other staff were delightful and friendly. Breakfast was a generous Spanish breakfast- fruit, bread, eggs or pancakes, cheese and ham. The location in the village is close to bars and there is fabulous walking and cycling available locally. There is parking in the village including a couple of car parks, just a few minutes walk from the property.

Very little, the only thing you might want to be aware of is that the ceiling is a little low in the WC of one of the suites - will only bother you if you are over 6 foot and even then my husband managed fine.

Excellent place. The Hotel is full of nicely designed details, its spacy, very proper and ideally located with balconies giving great views. Breakfast is great and all people working there are friendly and helpful. Easy to park the car in their own safe place. Can highly recommend.

The wifi router needs an update. Iphones using DNS protected data are blocked. Forgot to tell them when I left.

we thoroughly enjoyed our suite and the hot tub was perfect for us to relax after a day our exploring. the breakfasts were great also, plenty of choice and the lady who managed it was lovely and friendly. parking is undercover and a two min walk away but really welcome.

the bathroom was well equipped but could have done with some updating but that’s being overtly critical. it was perfectly functional.

One of the most comfortable hotels i have stayed in. Room large airy with balcony overlooking the front. Slippers and robes proved .We had breakfast which was good. Kettle provided. Towels and sheets changed daily. Excellent reception and large comfortable lounges downstairs. All with free coffee. Location in the centre of town a stroll to everything. The room was spotless.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The location is excellent, right on the harbour with amazing front line views. The hotel itself has recently had a full refurbishment, the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. They have now put a Nespresso Machine in the room. The staff are so polite and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended hotel.

Excellent location for exploring Denia and the surrounding area. Close to bars, restaurants, the port and marina, and the shopping district. The reception area is a cool, calm oasis, tastefully decorated with historical artefacts linked to the history of the building. The reception desk is manned 24 hours, so there is always someone available to assist you. Our room was cool, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome addition to the room. The small gym is well equipped. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many other nearby restaurants to choose from, but there is a restaurant on site.

Bathrobes were provided, but no slippers, which would have been an added bonus. We didn’t use the hotel parking as it seemed difficult to access in a busy one way street, however, there are at least two large parking areas nearby - check prices and opening times as they vary, one was actually free during our stay which may be a temporary arrangement.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very nice design incorporating the old with the new. Nice view (although sideview to the sea, not lateral) and good location. Room was spacious and bright. Good storage space. Loved the balcony. Breakfast very nice, not a huge selection, but a good one and the freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The lady servicing the breakfast was friendly, attentive and professional. The breakfast area had a lovely spacious and design atmosphere.

Sound insulation was very poor, so you could hear the cars and people in the street during the whole night. Not good for light sleepers. At a point we went out of bed and thought the balcony door was actually open, as the sounds were so loud. But no, the door was completely closed. If this would be fixed, this accommodation would easily be a 10!
