It’s new. Clean, very clinical and sharp. It’s a hide away from the main drag. I felt like I was staying in the Hollywood hills after a family intervention or hiding from the paparazzi after getting a face life, a place where retired Bond villains are wheeled around the grounds. Rooms are stunning and comfortable extremely modern. Stunning views. The food was really good apart from the hour!,wait in between starter and main which leaves plenty of time for sunset selfies for the gram. 😀

Like every new venture there’s teething problems and management did redeem themselves with a few freebies. I’m 100% sure it will all be ironed out by the time I return. Unlike my shirt I will be back. This place is Class

The hotel staff was superb, really nice and professional people. The view from our window was breathtaking (moutains and the sea). Everything was clean and smelled good. Orange juice was amazing. I really liked the traditional Catalan tomatoes that you put on the bread and a great Gin (tonic) selection in the bar. I really appreciated the indoor bike garage with all the tools.

I think for a 4-star hotel the breakfast had a poor variety. If I had to stay for 2 weeks I would probably end up eating every day the same thing. I missed a whole grain bread. The cafe was mediocre. (Nespresso is not what I would serve to my guests.)

Very clean hotel. Minimalist but excellent Lovely sun terrace with views over mountains and sea in good weather Although it is marketed as a Health and Fitness hotel please do not let this put you off It has a gym and pool laid out in lanes. Pool is free to use. There is also a spa Turkush Bath, sauna and relaxation area for an extra 19 euros each for 90mins- you don't have to use them. This is a super hotel for couples. We had a massive bed (super king plus) a good TV, excellent bathroom with all toiletries, dressing gowns/slippers, safe, water, daily cleaning We were half board Breakfast was fresh and adequate although we could have ordered extra of anything if we wanted. Consisted of eggs cooked as you like, a generous bowl of prepared fruit, yoghurt, museli, orange juice, ham on baguette with tomato (request spanish ham if you don't like the processed slices) and a small Danish pastry or croissant. Tea/coffee Dinner was really fabulous. A choice of 5 starters, 5 mains and 3 desserts - all delicious and served beautifully at our table with warm bread and dip. Added finesse not usually experienced in holiday hotels. Good choice of wine around 18euro a bottle.This menu usually 25 euro. This alone would make us want to return to this amazing hotel Recommend a hire car for this hotel

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Facilities are great and staff is super friendly. I stayed here for work and for me it was a really great place to get work done. The only thing I missed were some vegetables at breakfast, but overall the quality was good and there was plenty of choice. I really appreciated everything being cooked properly. Not too greasy or salty, just perfect. You can tell the hotel values clean food. I also really appreciated the healthy snacks in the vending machine. Usually those are filled with nonsense, but this was a very nice detail. I'll definitely book again!

A little more variety/healthy options for the roomservice menu would be nice, but then again that is only relevant for those that use roomservice. A simple pasta or a steak would be great for example.

The Hotel is very clean, comfortable, easy to reach and with a good parking on site. The Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the quality of the food both breakfast and lunch. The highlight of the hotel is definitively it's fitness center. The gym is equipped with the latest Techno-gym models. There are specific rooms for functional training, cardio (Spinning). The semi-Olympic swimming pool includes a variety of swimming equipment (e.g. Swimming Kick-board, pullbuoy). There is a storage room for Bikecycles. There are vending machine selling protein bar, integrator etc) and if you are looking for something specific there is a Decathlon just 4min by car.

We stayed only 1 night and we were not able to see all the hotel facilities. However there are few things we would have liked: - The SPA entrance price for Standard-Room is 15euro for only 1.5HRs. This is not in line with the dimension and features of the Spa. There is only 1 Haman, 1 sauna and 1 small Jacuzzi. Considering it's a very small SPA I would have preferred to have this included in the price, regardless of the Room Choice. - 8 Euro to buy a SmartCap for the SPA. This should be offered from free considering the Cap is branded with Synchrosfera logo. - The pillow was big and high. (Please notice I did not check if the reception had any other pillow options as it was an only 1 night stay).

What a great hotel. The staff are amazing, helpful and polite and the amenities are first class. My brother is traveling from Perth for a meeting and have recommended this hotel to him. Hope he enjoys his stay as much as we have.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

The room was fabulous, it was a great size, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was even better. The sports facilities were in great condition and the location was perfect for cycling out into the mountains.

Rooms are huge, very clean and massive beds. Toiletries are really nice. Dinner in the hotel was excellent and really good value for money. Breakfast was a very large wooden board per person with yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruit, Danish pastry, a small piece of bread pudding and half a baguette with tomato and Serrano ham......really really nice but maybe too much food as also available was eggs done everyway. The view from everywhere was stunning.

It would have been easier if there was a menu at breakfast to list what's available rather than the waiter read everything out. It would be a good idea to have a shelf in the shower area for your shower gel etc..... The blind that you can pull down in the bathroom area to provide privacy would be better in a dark colour as it being white is see through. There is no information in the bedrooms regarding what number to press to call reception. We couldn't shut the terrace door due to pushing the lock button in by mistake and reception are the only key holder....I'm sure if every room was occupied and did the same thing then they'd be a bit miffed about having to go to every room to lock the door!

Hotel decor was very bright and modern and staff were very attentive and friendly

Signage in and around the hotel is poor. The entrance to the car park was difficult to find in the dark. The front desk english was not good so they did not give us any directions other than to the room. There was no material in the room to explain about the hotel facilities, how to get breakfast, wifi etc. The main problem we had was with the pillows on the bed which were very big and a hard as rocks. I suggest a choice of pillows is offered

Very nice hotel near Denia. The hotel is very new, all the facilities are in perfect condition. Is very clean and very comfortable.

Speaking English is quite challenging for many members of the staff, especially in the restaurant. Restaurant service is very poor, although the food is very good.
