Los Angeles Hotel & Spa

I liked the Spa, swimming pool and staff, also there is plenty of elevators to the room and easy access walking to main attractions and city centre.

parking place is not very accessible to take the car as you wish since is in a cave were car goes within a elevator, however, seems to be the usual way of parking cars in the area due to lack of space. and parking place in the street. a bit of lack of maintenance in the spa area.

Staff very polite. We wasn’t satisfied with the room we booked and we asked for a change and paying a difference everything went well. We had an excellent view.

The breakfast was not so good, with few options of everything. I don’t recommend. They have a parking for a few cars, the price is not so cheap but it’s the better option. Be aware that every time you need to take your vehicle first you need to go to the front desk and ask for help. There’s no a remote control or easy way to enter.

staff was great, easy to walk to city center, taxis were easy to get if you needed one, pool was great in the heat!

wish there was some kind of quiet hour as the people above me partied all night and woke me up because they were on the balcony above me, also could hear that one of them was throwing up.

I drove to Hotel Los Angelas and found plenty of parking for my hired dinky. I was staying over the Christmas weekend and was amazed to find the staff and hotel so open. My room overlooked the outdoor pool, which I would have been happy to use (even if there were a few leaves). The spa was open and I was invited to use this. I splashed out, given it was Christmas. The staff were very helpful when I had drama, even helping me with my panic in bookking my Covid test for a return flight. It was a short walk to all the restaurants and town centre. I didn't want to walk all the way up the hill to the Alahambra and they generiously organised a taxi (which cost €5). My room had what was possibly the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.

there is a balcony, very pleasant, but the balcony’s floor was not so clean. we stopped the car for free on the street, close 500 meters from the hotel all days. we just need to search a place. good value for money. it’s possible to go by foot to Alhambra and to the city center, but it will take 30-40 minutes walking.

Staff were fantastic, happy and very helpful. Spa was heavenly. All very clean and well looked after. A good blend of modern and grand throughout the hotel.

The room, 336, was a bit scruffy. Wallpaper peeling from walls and wires pertruding from wall. Breakfast hall was directly above the room, the music from the start of breakfast was loud and woke us up which was not an experience we appreciated.

We always come here, great pool and sunbathing, rooms are good, staff lovely…very good value for money, we will always come back

Rooms could poss be upgraded, pool could benefit from a pool guy for drinks and snacks…but these are just upgrades to like a 3-4 star. Brilliant anyway

Lovely friendly staff, clean large rooms, able to accommodate for groups, easy to access and lovely pool, however, the hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the centre so better for a pool holiday than a city break with sightseeing

handy location, older property, but very comfortable. good bed and pillows! staff were really helpful, the lady on the front desk was under a lot of pressure with a large group booking and still managed to arrange a better room. many thanks for your efforts! breakfast was basic

Building was a bit dated. For a 4 star it should have had coffee/tea making facilities. Rooms not the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed and some 3 star.
