Everything was fine. Some people commented on the shower and WC in the room with glass doors. It was convenient for us. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Double opinion about the place. It's far away from the center and close to highway. So, it was a bit noisy to sleep. Earplugs are recommended. But on other hand, it's practical if you come by car and don't want to drive in the city center. Car parking available near hotel or you can find free parking place in the neighbourhood. Some restaurants and shopping place nearby.

The staff make this hotel. The guys working on three kings day so happy helpful and friendly depsite this being the biggest Spanish bank holiday they were stuck working. Helpful with directions couldn't be more accommodating. Ladies just as friendly. Close to Serra nevada shopping center which having a fussy 10 year old we ate most evenings. Also only 45 mins to the Serria Nevada resort.

Did not dislike anything in the hotel. I found the public transport hard to navigate not knowing which bus stopped where ended up driving and into the center and paying parking which defeated a cheaper hotel on the outskirts but if I had of been able to use public transport it would have been close by.

Clean modern hotel with large rooms. I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago when it was an IBIS Etap. The footprint is the same but the fixtures and fittings have been updated. There is parking and a cafeteria although I didn't use it. It is a good 45 - 60 minute walk into Granada centre but at least you don't have to worry about where to park your car when you get there. Good value for money.

I was asked to register a credit card when I checked in, in case I wanted to use the cafeteria. I didn't plan to use the cafeteria but the lady at the check in desk insusted I register a credit card. A little over the top for what is essentially just a cafe.

This hotel is great for one-night stays and for those travelling with a car. It has a good quality-price ratio and you get what you pay for. I'd recommend for family members or close friends as wc/bathroom have see through doors and little noise cancellation.

During breakfast there were no eggs and other choices weren't so great so we basically ate one sandwich each and that's it. The juice tasted weird. The bed could be better. We could not find the TV remote. There was no hair dryer though it was not expected (just a suggestion).

The bedroom and bathroom is comfortable for us to stay.we spent most of our time in the hotel to rest before going back. The location of the hotel is strategic for us to go to the airport and we were also able to walk for 4 minutes to buy grocery and souvenirs (chocolate) at Carrefour. We also got opportunities to meet the hotel owner.The hotel owners are friendly with the customers. Staff can communicate english very well. Keep up the good work!

Clean, warm and tidy room, with big bed. The location is perfect if traveling by car - there are couple of paid prakings 5 mins from the hotel where you can park your car and go for a walk in the downtown. The staff is super friendly and assist with everything.

The shower cabin and the toilet was inside the room, in separate spaces.There is absolutely no privacy when in the WC because the door was from blurred glass.

Good location, Bus 5 at 300 meters and 21 at around 800 meters going directly to Catedral. Parking in streets nearby is free of charge. Rooms are very basic and very clean. Recomende to visitors coming with car as it is close to higway.

location is really outside the city (15' with taxi to the center or Alhambra) rooms could have been cleaned better (corners and similar), and we did not enjoy the breakfast, but there was variety of choice

It was exactly what we expected for the price we paid, room was functional and clean. Breakfast was ok. There were a few options of bread and cold cuts available and also fresh fruits. The coffee could have been better. Overall, it was great for one night if you are on a budget.
