The hotel, restaurant, and morning buffet were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen. Could not fault a single thing.

The transfer to and from the airport was disappointing. On arrival, we had to wait an exceptionally long time compared to the other hotel shuttles, and the return to the airport was ridiculous. The shuttle was overloaded, and at least 6 people had to stand. I was wedged in between the cases and the driver. Not very safe at all.

convenient location a few minutes drive from the airport. Small park behind the hotel for walking / running. 10 minutes walking distance to the underground station. The hotel room was cosy and nice, the bed was comfortable. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was really good especially for those with sweet tooth.

There is a construction site just behind the hotel and they start work early in the morning which you can hear - but this is nothing the hotel can really influence. Also, there are no views from the hotel room, all you can see are buildings nearby.

The staff was extremely kind and polite, very welcoming and not too formal, which was really appreciated. The room given (333) was tidy, fresh and very comfy, with all of the amenities that a couple would need for a stay. I want to highlight the extra effort of keeping our luggage as long as we need (we arrived pretty close to midnight) for us to have dinner before their restaurant is closed. The hotel is a very good option in terms of money and quality.

Rather far (we had several good and nice walks through the park nearby) from the nearest metro station, nevertheless, there is a convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The second room they gave us was wonderful, the lady that changed us was very friendly (thank you!) - The bus to centro de Madrid went from right in front of the station, and taxis back weren't massively expensive either (as the bus stops running after midnight). - The hotel is very nice, facilities are pretty good too. - Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had so well done to the staff.

The first room they gave us was quite small and next to the lift, with hardly any natural light and a bit of noise of people going in and out. I have never requested to change rooms before but that room was not Meliá standard, we could have paid for a smaller, cheaper, hotel for that. Tbh they should either discount it heavily or make it a closet. - Shuttle stopped running from the airport right before our (admittedly late) flight arrived so we had to get a cab, but one of the reasons we booked there and not the in the city centre was the shuttle and convenience. - The fridge was a bit noisy, but nothing too terrible and the room was really good standard otherwise.

New hotel vibes, very clean+modern facilities. Staff is great. Airport shuttle service was free and very convenient. (Altho i think the first one was at 8am so if youre traveling earlier i dont think its available?)

Location is far from center but you can reach it with bus or metro.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. However, the highlight of it all is the BREAKFAST. OMG if you have a chance to book your reservation with or without breakfast... definitely choose with!! it is 100% worth it. So much variety, the taste and overall the experience is 10/10. Aside from that, I booked this hotel thanks to the airport shuttle they include, did not disappoint! they have multiple times a day where the bus runs back and forth so you have enough time to arrive to the airport which is about 10-15 min away.

I´ve stayed in this Melia 2 times now in the past month and I honestly can´t say anything I didnt like aside from the food for lunch/dinner at the restaurant. There is definitely room for improvement there. With such a good breakfast, the lunch or dinner are disappointing.

The hotel is located in a mixed commercial and residential district between Madrid´s congested city center and the airport (with no airport noise). It´s very quiet. The rooms are large and very well-appointed. They´re comfortable as well, and the daily cleaning service is fast and efficient. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is terrific. There´s a large selection of foods that will satisfy any preferences. Just excellent. There is a beautiful park next to the hotel, the Finca de los Molinos. It´s huge! And it´s beautiful. There are services nearby, such as a shopping district or two, small corner shops, and the like. This hotel is a great value as well.

I honestly can´t think of anything.

- The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms too, very clean and spacious. - The mattress and pillows were amazing, lot's of choice, personally I always have trouble in hotel pillows, they are either too thin or too thick. They have 3 types there, you just have to choose your favorite. - The toiletries were really nice too, from Rituals, very good quality. - Also, the staff was really nice, the check-in was fast and they also offered us something at the end of our stay.

- The location, it's a bit far away from the nearest metro station (13min walking). At night the path looks a bit quiet and unsafe. But nothing happened to us.

Great place to stay. don't know when it was remodelled, but they did a great job. The service at the front desk, but specially at the restaurant was superb, friendly and helpful. It was a great surprise to find the quality of the gym there... it was a full scale gym with all the equipment required and more. Had a great space and mattresses to practice yoga and workout with wights.

the wooden floor of our bathroom was lifting a little bit. We missed to tell the front desk... room 347.

As we had an early flight to catch, I was looking for a hotel that is close to the airport and this one is is only about 15 minutes away. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service (between 07:00 a.m. and 23:30 p.m.). The facilities are very modern. Nice continental breakfast with local specialties as well. The subway station is close by (10 minutes walk through a park, however the park closes for the night so you have to go a little bit longer way around if returning late) and offers a direct connection to the city center.

In our part of the hotel there was only one elevator (the second one was for the staff only), so from time to time we had to wait for a couple of minutes until we can get in. The beds could have been more comfortable (but they were still fine).
