The hotel is modern and clean and comfortably appointed.

Shuttle transfer service could be better signed at the airport. It wasn't at all clear where to go for pick up, especially in the dark. A call to hotel reception didn't help.

We stayed in this hotel because we were transferring through Madrid airport and arrived late and would depart early in the morning. It was close enough to the airport and included a shuttle free of cost for guests, which was perfect for us. We didn't have to wait long to catch the shuttle to the hotel and had it scheduled early the next morning, which departed right on time. The rooms were small but comfortable and had everything we needed for one night. We'd recommend this hotel for those who need to stay close to the airport for a reasonable price.

The check-in process took 20-30 minutes because many of us arrived together on the airport shuttle. I suggest they find a way to better streamline this process so that those of us arriving late at night and departing early in the morning can get to bed straight away. Everything else was just fine.

For a one night stay before our international flight the next morning, the room size was fine. We were glad it had a mini fridge to cool our own drinks. It had adequate electric outlets, the bathroom was smaller, but sufficient and the bed was comfortable. If we had stayed there longer than one night, it would have felt a little too small. The breakfast was good and we found it's more economical to reserve a room with the breakfast included. From a customer service point of view, the front desk was always busy had a long line (queue) when we were there. We wish there had been a little map of the area so that the front desk attendants could have identified some restaurants to walk to. There was a good little restaurant around the corner that we found and we wondered why they didn't tell us about it. When we asked the front desk earlier, they were suggesting a mile walk to a shopping/commerce area on the other side of the freeway. (We prefer to walk, so the distance was not the issue.) The best part for us was the free shuttle to/from the airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel for overnight stays.

the hotel is located near the airport. the room is very good. breakfast is rich and good.

the hotel offers a shuttle (free) from the airport to the hotel. we arrived very late to the airport and the information desk was closed so they could not help us calling the hotel to send the shuttle. i tried to call the hotel but everything was in spanish and i did not understand. i asked a person in the airport to do the call for me and call the shuttle. it took more than 30min to arrive for a 10 min drive. i would preferer to pay some euros and to arrive quickly to the hotel, specially so late at night.

Great if you need to get to the airport early. They have a big bus as their shuttle so no worries about getting a seat. You can only book the shuttle once you're at the hotel though. The hotel is in a residential area, a 5 min walk from El Capricho station. There is a little restaurant right next door. Hotel is modern and clean, the staff very nice. The pool was a lot smaller than I expected (from the photos), also very shallow and there is no sun in the later pm! There is a park next to the station that has sun until 830 pm (in Aug). I'd stay again though but not to lie by the pool. ;)

The hotel is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We arrived earlier in the day and stayed only one day to get a flight early the next morning, but as there was availability, we were kindly allowed to check-in early AND reserve a spot on the free shuttle for transport to the airport the next day. We left our bags and easily went into Madrid via metro. The station is less than a 5 minute walk away. When we returned later in the evening, the restaurants area around the hotel were lively preparing for dinner. There is also a convenience store across the street from the hotel for water or other necessities. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed one night and chose this hotel based upon proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle. Shuttle service was great. Breakfast was great,with a nice variety of foods, good selection of fruit and fresh orange juice. The location was good. Great proximity to the airport and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Room was small which was fine. However we could not get the temperature adjusted which made the room stuffy and warm. Room 230 was not the best location.... cleaning staff in area woke us up several times. A room further away from elevator and the cleaning room would probably fix that. I would stay there again but request a room in different location

The location is close to the airport and good for an overnight stay. The Plenilunio mall is 6 -8 mins by metered taxis which cost between 9-11€. There are some restaurants around the hotel but we didn't use them. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a laptop sized safe which is great for keeping passports and valuables. A complimentary shuttle service was provided for pick up at the airport and also drop off from the hotel to airport. For the pickup at the airport we had to call the hotel when we arrived and we waited at a "HOTEL BUS" stop area designated for hotel buses.

The bathroom area wasn't well designed. Space could have been better used. The toilet was located behind the bathroom door and opening the door would hit the toilet bowl every time. There was no bath gel in the dispenser. When we realized this, it was to late to make a request and we were only there for 1 night to connect a flight on the following day. Somehow they missed this in preparing the room. The double bed consisted of 2 twin beds put together side by side. It just wasn't appropriate for a couple and a queen size would have been more comfortable.

Rooms are small for American standards. We booked 2 as we were 4. Good location with 3 min walk to the train station (green line connected directly to the Opera station and Gran Via) and very clean.

There was a noise from the bathroom of water draining If the rooms above used the bathroom. Air conditioning was not effective. There was a thermostat but apparently may have been controlled at the back end. Front staff not very helpful in effectively communicating the shuttle service description. Would be helpful the number and details of the vehicle are communicated via email or message.

Your experience really depends where your room is located. I’ve stayed here on several occasions, now twice within a week. The first night here was worse as the room was in the annex, smelled of cigarettes and was noisy. The second time I was in the main building, on the 4th floor. The room was spotless and fresh, with a view to the pool, very quiet. I even made it to the breakfast as I had a later flight and it was a nice buffet with various options. The pool is ok, small but serves its purpose. The airport shuttle works well, you’ll have to call the hotel once you arrive, after that it took about 10mins to arrive. The shuttle runs every 45mins from the hotel back to the airport.

Some rooms smell of cigarette smoke.
