Lloyds Beach Club

Location, on the beautiful, long sandy beach, you can walk for hours, only 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport, quiet hotel, great staff, close to restaurants, bars, food shop. We had an apartment in the middle at the back with view over the pool and the ocean. I will book the second floor apartment at the sea front the next time we go there. There were 1 small double bed, 1 soda bed sleeping 2 and 1 single bed on the second floor. Loved the roof terrace. Great sized apartment with stairs up to the second floor.

Missing freezer door in fridge, no kettle but pots to boil water in, mattress was a bit firm but that seems to be common. Sunbeds pretty worn out and needs to be replaced.

Excellent location. A lovely surprise to have a roof terrace. Bars, restaurants, pharmacy & supermarkets close by. Excellent Italian restaurant at property. Apartment cleaned daily. Good communication with Andres by email before trip. As a late arrival it was easy to access keys from a key safe at the gate.

No complaints, just a few suggestions - Instructions how to use the oven would be helpful (the icons on the knobs are not clear) A non stick frying pan is needed. A wooden spoon & fish slice would also be useful.

The staff are the best, everyone from reception to cleaning staff, all friendly with a smile and a chat. We loved the solarium, we had sun all day. The location is perfect. Good value for the location. We did not have a direct sea view but had a partial view and we were happy. The bed was not like our own but was comfortable enough. Yes, the decor is tired but it is very clean. We didn't eat in due to the choice of great value restaurants nearby, some really great food which we loved.

The sun beds need replacing. Otherwise, we got what we paid for and expected, we would visit again.

We watched sunsrises from our balcony, the beach and sea were a few steps away. . Great for people watching. Spotless rooms, friendly staff great location for shops, bars, restaurants. Bus stop for Torrevieja just a block away. Beds comfy, shower fab. No complaints. Even provided us with a kettle. Roof terrace is great for sunbathing. We were in 212.

Patio door needs attention as hard to open and close. East facing so afternoon sun is gone by lunchtime 😔Need to provide larger tea "mugs" for us english😁, possibly a tea pot oh and a couple of wine glasses would have been classier.

Excellent location, great pool, right on the beach, hotel bar and Italian restaurant are excellent, staff are extremely helpful and accommodating - Isabel and Andres both went the extra mile to help with arrangements. There are a great number of options within an easy walking distance.

Nothing really to complain about or criticise.

Super stay here with my husband for 24hrs of quiet time. So relaxing and we will definitely return to stay here again. Its a couples paradise, small quaint little hotel and RIGHT on the beach. Spotlessly clean and manager was so so accommodating, extended out check out to 3.30pm to suit our travel plans.

Food in Italian right next door was very disappointing, not sure if the business are connected - same doors /access etc but food wasn't great there at all.

very Close to beach. restaurants and bars all within minutes of walking and a great selection of food available and very reasonable. Little super market available for bits and bobs although a little more pricey than a bigger store.

More sun beds around the pool and ones that are in better condition. The pool is small but very clean and maintained. Enjoyed use everyday. Little bar available for food and drink.

We changed our room on arrival for a sea view, at an extra charge. Room large and comfy.

No bar or restaurant for appointments open didn’t state this on booking. Room furniture very dark and old looking could do with something a bit lighter and a brighter non fabric sofa . Only one English speaking member on reception got by with the minimal Spanish I know. For a popular beach front resort a bilingual receptionist would have been easier

Absolutely spotlessly clean! yes it’s dated and could do with a lick of paint, new sofas etc but after Covid etc, it’s understandable. Beds comfy and black out curtains! The location is amazing and it is pet friendly! Booked for next year before we left this morning!

No kettle but did have pans. That’s it!
