Hotel Lasa Sport

It was at the edge of town. It was close to countryside which was ideal for dog walking. The room was comfortable & had a balcony. We were able to order room service for our dinner which was a reasonable cost. Parking was plentiful and free.

We were unable to use the bar as the area had been reserved by childrens party which didn’t end on time so we weren’t able to eat our evening meal. Fortunately, the bar staff were exceptionally helpful and offered to deliver our meal to our room.

Price Although I was in Spain for weeks at similar price points and this was least favorable There is a bar & dining on site I had wine that was good there with good price . I didn't eat here They changed my room from attic booking to 1st floor. As I recall the water pressure was good in shower.

16 min from much of whats going on Big event space from what I gathered 2 big events on May Sun. They thankfully left about sunset were very noisy with kids running around hotel screaming. The 1st floor room was old decor, tub needed some rehab. Just very basic. Bed was harder than others I'd slept in, I'm not a fan of hard mattress. Checkin staff were ok but not welcoming friendly. I'm going to say it met exorctations as Ill give some slack for price.

Food was fabulous and value for money. Will be returning with pleasure !

Noisy children in the bar which filtered in the adjoining restaurant making the romantic dining experience impossible. They were part of a wedding group and they ran amok screaming all around the bar area. Parents didn’t care and the two staff on duty had so much to do that they were powerless to intervene. Once the restaurant doors were finally closed, the noise was reduced but ever present.

The staff is very cherfull and helpfull. The facilities are very nice, and neat. The restaurant has quality and variety. You also can have a nice meal at the Cafeteria! It has plenty of parking and the area is very quiet.

It was a very warm night, for the end of March and even with the control on the minimum, the air conditioning didn't return cool air. If you want to visit the center of Valladolid it is too far away.

The two rooms we had were both very spacious and the bathrooms as well. The hotel allowed our dog to stay and there was space around the hotel to walk her.

The outside temperature was 38C when we arrived and so the AC in our room struggled and our room was quite hot to start with however the room did cool down during the night and we had a comfortable night's sleep

Overnight stop on way back to Santander ferry. Stayed here before, was again happy with service . Reception kindly printed my Covid passport page. Outside air quality very poor due to the Sahara dust problem so minimised my outside activity. reasonably secure parking. Food in Dining room good.

Ate dinner at the hotel, only one barman/waiter serving about 12 dinners and a bar full of customers. He did a sterling job and managed very well. I sympathise as I have done this type of work when I was a student. Hotel could do with employing more serving staff!

The hotel is very good with various sport facilities and is connected to the city center by two bus lines. The buses are available two times per hour and travel to the city center within half an hour.

During the last day of our stay our room was invaded by the horde of pharaoh ants. Because it was happen during the last hours of our stay we are not able to write how quickly this problem was resolved.

Food was delicious, the staff attentive and helpful, even providing a take-away breakfast as we were leaving too early for buffet. Cleanliness good, excellent location.

shower screen allowed water to flood the floor. Air conditioner was a tad noisy but was necessary for a comfortable night.

We had a free upgrade to a suite which was very large and spotlessly clean. The whole property has a clean, modern feel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The only area that let it down was the breakfast which was no more than average. The location was great for us travelling on to Santander which is about two hours away. There is ample on site parking. Highly recommended if you’re not too bothered about breakfast.

Helpful receptionist, as I arrived early let me take the room and explained how to lower the blind on the roof window. Restaurant was out of use for me as only special Valentines dinner for couples. However barman most helpful and allowed me to order dinner from the room service menu and eat in the bar. Lots of sports facilities on site that would be great in warm weather.

Shouldn't complain but whole building seemed to be somewhat overheated!
