the hotel is modern ,good size for a room

no air condition ,this is very important information

The location was great, right in the middle of town...however, handling a car in that area and parking it in the hotel garage was not the easiest of tasks (with my husband, we decided to take the train next time we go to Basel :P) The hotel common areas and the room live up to the "boutique" designation. Everything is very modern, with an industrial design (but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so not everyone might appreciate the hotels design and its minimalistic approach when it comes to the room fitting and the amenities).

The soundproofing between the toilet and the room could be better. The hotel parking needs a bit of talent and lots of geometry to get the car around, especially if it's a large one :)

The room was very comfortable, and they had accommodated my request non-allergenic bedding. The breakfast was included and had a good range of options. The staff were exceptional - they were all extremely helpful with ideas of what to do in Basel, and very helpful in helping us sort out some logistical issues. We also received Basel cards which allowed free travel on the trams.

Like most European hotels, the room tended to be warmer than I prefer, but we could open the window to cool the room.

We had a 55 sq meter suite on the 6th floor and it was very well designed and comfortable. Although the description for the bed was King size, it was like a large Queen size bed (we slept with our daughter, so it was a bit tight, but a sofa bed was prepared for us). The fridge in the suite was fully stocked with drinks, but we only found out that they were included in the room price upon check out. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to many museums and the city center. Really enjoyed the free drinks that they served in the lobby and the free sparkling water available on each floor. Will return.

Menu choices at the restaurant seemed small.

Great location, right next to the art museum and easily walkable to most of the major sights. The staff (of both the hotel and restaurant) was extremely friendly and accommodating. Parking is easy and on-site, dogs are allowed, an extra bed can be brought into the room, excellent for a traveling family. And breakfast was really good!

Perfect location, all the sightseeings and christmas markets are in walking distance. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel room was clean. They suprised us on our anniversary by leaving a note on the mirror, flowers on the table with cocktail vouchers. Thank you team. We were very happy. We would recommend anyone and we would like to visir again.

The elevator got broke but we were on the first floor so it didn't effect us so much. The breakfast was good but no scramble eggs and you have to boil your egg and cook your waffle yourself.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s next to the art museum, near the tram and a short stroll to other attractions. The design and layout make it feel cozy and warm, there are a lot of plants, even in the rooms adding to energy and tranquility. The staff are all very welcoming and responsive. They really go out of their way to provide a positive experience and make it seem effortless and chill at the same time. The bistro is a very fun and popular place. It’s breakfast room in the morning, restaurant by day and an excellent bar at night with great music and vibe. The hotel was also the first to provide a complete care set incl. bed for our dog.

There is nothing I can think of.

All in all a modern city hotel, near to Basel centre. Modern design, parking below the hotel and a nice breakfast

We ordered late dinner. The staff was a bit weird, bringing one part by one part and always explained why it take so long. I think in the time he explained why it take so song he would be 2 times ready. A real crazy exerience for several years. Like "hidden camera"...

everything was great, the detailing is fabulous and the design very clever. Its a very cool hotel...

the hotel is very hot and the Dyson in our room didn't really cool it very much. the restaurant food was excellent, but the restaurant smells of smoke because the large door is open - which is great, but a lot of people smoking outside the door makes the whole restaurant quite unpleasant to sit in for a non smoker.

Everything about the Hotel Accommodation, 10/10 room, bed, sheets & pillows made for a great night sleep, location, breakfast was fantastic & especially the staff accommodated all our needs. We appreciated the time taken to make our stay wonderful, as we were international family we felt safe at all times. We all participated in the River Rhine swim, staff provided extra bags to do so, with the fast currents which was a highlight of our stay. Thankyou!
