We had a very relaxing stay and will not hesitate to come back. Great location near the Ilanz railway/bus station allows easy access to all first-class hiking trails in the surrounding areas. Excellent soundproofing protects from noise both from outside an inside. Room was spacy, with real mountain views, with a convinient layout and all you need for several days stay. Good bathroom with a bathtub. Outstanding value for money (we booked a week before arrival with a discounted price). Very good breakfast. Stable internet connection. Restaurant of the hotel is may be not outstanding, but OK.

In our room there was a peculiar combination of new and quite worn furniture. However the bed was good, so just a minor issue, which did not affect our impression.

The hotel rooms are located on the top floor such that you'll have a stunning view over the mountains. Beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was really great with a very rich buffet. Breakfast was also served as early as 7am, such that you can get on the early busses that bring you into the valleys for hiking. Great location directly at the train station.

Although already great as it was, it looked like the wellness area wasn't fully renovated, yet. The jacuzzi was out of order on the day we arrived and in my opinion there were too few seating and lounging options (two chairs one lounger) available, such that one needed to wait standing between going to the sauna if there were more than two people using the wellness area at the same time.

I give 8/10 in general. Facilities 9/10 : there is a coffee machine and free bottled water( Lux brand ) for everyday use . The shampoo is with high quality. There is a sauna , a steam room and a jacuzzi at the top of the floor (10th floor ) but the jacuzzi . All the rooms are located from 6-9 level with good views . Parking is free and seems to be enough ( we stayed during MAY) and the parking lots are shared with the city’s police which means it is safe. Pet friendly room with 15 euros per day. Staffs : All the staffs are friendly and helpful especially the gentleman called Louis from Spain

Breakfast : moderate breakfast and no chef on Monday and Tuesday , that there are few choices than the rest of the days Lift : there are around 40 rooms sharing one lift. Jacuzzi is very dirty with many hairs and yellow stains. and the sauna , steam , jacuzzi are not 24 hours ( May due to the safety reason) Location: at the heart to Ilan city but if you want to browse around the area with car you have to be very very careful with speed limits they could change the speed limit from 80 km/h to 30km/h within 100 meters.

The staff was all very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was to a good standard and the food was very good and catered for all. Small roof top jacuzzi with sauna and steam room on the top floor looking out to the town very relaxing. location is good for ski/boarders bus station and train station right outside the front door with a 10 minute commute to LAXX bus to take 411 LAXX. I would recommend this hotel and resort for a quiet ski holiday to relax with friends, we will be back!

Not much apres ski in town but a couple of local bars to venture to if you wanted a stroll, but the hotel bar was just as good tbh to taste the local Swiss wine.

I originally intended to stay in Chur but decided that Ilanz was better suited to my travel needs. A good choice! The hotel was ideally situated opposite the railway station as I was travelling between Disentis and Chur by rail. It is relatively new, spacious and has a restaurant on the ground floor offering a good choice of food and drink. Highly recommended and I will have no hesitation in staying there again if I am in the area.

Location was perfect to explore surrounding alpine region and especially Swiss-Italy boarder. Room was clean, well maintained and hygienic. Staff was supportive.

Rooms were mentioned as sound-proof. It was not the case as we got disturbed due to lot of noise from guests staying next floor. We could hear walking, talking clearly. Also free parking is limited, still manage to get it with support-staff from hotel.

Hotel had a free parking. Good breakfast with warm and cold dishes. Nice two bedroom room, very good for families. Good restaurant. Hotel is located in the center of town. Supermarkets and shopping center just next to the hotel.

Monday evening is not the best evening in Ilianz, most of the restaurants in town were closed/limited services. This is however not an issue of the hotel.

The room was really great: it had the chalet feeling while being in a modern building. Then, I cannot not mention the restaurant. Absolutely great food (dinner and breakfast), with excellent products and a very friendly staff. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make us want to come back, and we will!

There really isn't anything to complain about. The experience was too good to criticize anything. If I really needed to pick something, the lift is slowish.

- limited free parking, but rail station (pay) car park next door. - single, slow lift for the whole building - sometimes a long wait at peak times

the beds are huge and very comfortable, the balconies looking out over the town and the mountains were gorgeous, and the staff were just wonderful. we had dinner in the hotel all three nights and they could not have been more friendly or accommodating with our Labrador and one year old daughter. we felt so relaxed and at home with everyone.
