Campanile Martigny

This hotel realy stands out as a good value . Good size room with most comfortable beds (I've had one of the best and deepest good nigt sleeps ever). The TV is huge with all important international chanels, the bathroom was spacious & spotless. What did surprice me the most, was the breakfast. So delicious and so very Swiss. Selection of cheese, cold meat , pastry , bread, which was absolutely fantastic, cerials, eggs etc and on top of that fresh orange juice and a very good coffe. There are two lovely ladies who will assist you with a smile as soon you need anything. The location is unbeatable, just 3 min walk from the train station and yet in the very village center with all the amenities within walking distance you can wish for. The check in was quick and smooth. I will definitely return.

Very friendly staff, efficient check in. Room was large and well furnished. Bed very comfortable. Nice modern bathroom. Great location in the centre of Martigny, 500m from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants

In the spirit of net zero I was a disappointed to find plastic bottles in the bathroom for shampoo and body lotion even though there was already a big dispenser in the shower. These bottles were presented on a plastic tray.

We liked the room as it was clean and comfortable. Sauna and steam bath were great.

The smell of the bar at ground flour we didnt like. When we opened the window, the street was noisy. The value for money of breakfast was bad, very much overpriced (18CHF).

The breakfast was great- lots of choice of juice, cooked breakfast, croissants, coffee etc. Always someone there to help .

The coffee machine in the room was complicated with no instructions. i asked for a decaff- coffee 'capsule' and was given one per day. howeverer the coffee was not soluble and had little taste. i had to resort to buying qa jar of decaff coffee.

Cozy and confortable room. Bathroom was clean and the shower cabin was really cool. A classic rock club next to the hotel. View to the mountains.

A bit noisy rooms on the parking lot-side. Lobby is a bit dilapidated. No balcony to our rooms.

Excellent location, and very nice staff. Breakfast is ok, not the best, not the worse, good value for money for Switzerland prices

Room seemed a little under cleaned, but I have very high standards for this. There’s a bar downstairs and a smoking area so when coming down the elevator the smell is not so pleasant. Mattresses are Super soft, not in a good way.

extraordinarily rich and good breakfast buffet (even if it were a much higher priced hotel...) for 15 francs, which included not only your usual continental breakfast choice but also delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants au jambon etc. AND an orange juice maker... wow! chatting to the receptionist they told us they will improve soundproofing of doors (which is/was the only minor (!) drawback, if any, for a room at such a competitive price). it did not bother us at all, but for travellers who want an absolutely soundproof room it might be worth mentioning., the renovation work they have done on the very nice and cozy rooms and on the rest of the hotel is great... welcoming decor, nice chill/relax atmosphere in lounge/reception area, etc etc. and super clean, too. what else does one need! unbeatable price/offer ratio for switzerland in our book, will definitely return again. highly recommended. merci, campanile martigny!:):)

As part of a group, this was more than adequate for an overnight stop. Very convenient for the train station and close to a number of bars. We chose to eat at the burger bar on the 7th floor. Very convenient. Breakfast was adequate and all the facilities were of a standard you would expect.

Nothing of note concerned us during our stay.

Nice room, comfortable bed, TV with English language channels. Good breakfast. Guest card for reductions around town. We were able to store our bags when we arrived an hour before check-in.

It would have been useful to be given the guest card on arrival. By the time we checked in it was too late for us to use it.

A very complete breakfast with a lot of variety and fresh products. All employees where very kind. I asked if it was possible to keep refrigerate my daughter's special milk and they said yes immediately - it was kept in the reception (fridge) where i could always took it out whenever I need it. The room cleaning was great and with a nice bonus of a coffee machine to take a coffee either to drink in the room or take out with me. I will return whenever I will need.
