an iconic Verbier hotel with great history; refurbished with style - cosy yet chic sophisticated alpine decor apartment - very thoughtful clever design maximising use of space and including a kitchenette- brilliant! bedding - very comfortable; crisp white sheets great bathroom products welcome card and chocolates - such a lovely touch breakfast - abundant choices!! spa area - very luxurious and soothing vibe. crystal clear water and fabulous garden space. wonderful engaging helpful staff - thank you for such great service (and the chats!) Wonderful location and beautifully furnished. Definitely feels like a 5 star hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are the perfect mix of "alpine chic" but not overdoing it and no tackiness. Very tasteful. Showers are amazing and so are the products, the bed was marvelous and the rooms warm enough (we were there in winter). Verbier is loud, but the windows seal off everything for an amazingly quiet night. The restaurant is great for breakfast with a generous set of extras you can order (eggs, porridge etc) at no additional cost. I will definitely come back here as it far exceeded my high expectations.

Hotel is centrally located, with great amenities, spa, massage, jacuzzi, and very comfortable rooms (loved the Persian rugs!). Loved the Nona restaurant and easy access to it from hotel's side. Staff is absolutely amazing, they let us use our room even though we arrived a bit earlier than check in time ❤️

We loved absolutely everything, perhaps one suggestion, to move check out time to 12, and perhaps to allow breakfast until 11 on weekends, to give guests one extra hour of sleep 😊

The staff in Hôtel de Verbier made my stay exceptional. From the team in Nonna Restaurant who always got me a table, to Lianna who arranged for my guests, and of course, Paula, who always went the extra mile to look after me, she personalised my stay and made the vacation extra special. The Rooms in Hôtel de Verbier are lush, beautiful traditional spaces furnished with a modern twist. The beds are comfy, the towels are soft, and the shower a delight. Also, don't forget to relax in the spa... it's lovely, and the corner sofa will suck you right into it, making you not want to leave. I will return to this hotel as its location within Verbier is perfect; everything you need is on your doorstep including the bus stop that takes you up the hill to Châble Cable Station. It couldn't be easier.

Late, very late check out with access to the spa. Very nice interior design with quality cosmetic products and good samples of coffee in room. The spa has all the standard facilities expected.

The studios are located at the back of the hotel and only accessible via the exterior, meaning you need to exit the hotel and enter the studios through another door passing in front of other restaurants and hotels when going to the spa or breakfast room. The spa and fitness are quite small, just a good size for 5-7 persons but no more.

Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and I liked the self service style so you didn't have to wait - but could also ask if you wanted something cooked for you.

Nothing! I had read that the hotel had been refurbished and I thought it was really well done - elegant and classic. When I visit a ski resort I really want to have that cozy, ski-chalet feel and the Hotel had done that beautifully! I only went down to the spa to change on my last day but it looked lovely and very relaxing - will have to try it out next time.

Paola and her team were super lovely and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location - a few minutes walk to the main gondola, and close to all the restaurants, apres and shops. The bathroom products were the best I've had in a hotel, and the spa and gym were great.

The breakfast was fabulous, the staff was excellent. Location was superb.

Mostly that we had no idea that the town basically closed the day before we arrived. We were starting a 5 day bike ride to Chamonix from Verbier and thought we would do some shopping and pick up a few items for our trip only to be hugely disappointed that about 90% of the shops and restaurants were closed for at least that week. This should be announced to people coming from far away that might not know. The spa and sauna could have been hotter, they weren't really hot.

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, good spa facilities (jacuzzi, Hammam and sauna)

The hotel is in the center of Verbier, which is great but there was a bit of noise in the evenings. No parking at the hotel but the paid public parking is very close and not expensive (we paid CHF10 from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon).

Best location. Very clean. Charming hotel. Good restaurant on premises. Linnea at reception was helpful. Breakfast staff were friendly.

Breakfast should be till 10:30 or 11:00 especially on weekends.
