breakfast is wonderful - great a la carte choices and bread bar. Super cosy architecture of teh complete hotel - super cleverly done. Great restaurants and love the Papa Ceasar bar and Pink lounge with its live music. The Spa's whirlpool is phenomenal - loved it. Fits 4 - 5 people if friends - easy.

The music literally kept me up for 2 nights until 4:30 am - I was completely broken after the second night and was not confident to ski well.

we stayed at room 301 and we couldn’t sleep at all. it was facing the street and another bar and people were loud and partying until 5 am. so basically we were up all nights. It was not quite at all.

Very nice but very small room. Bathroom was large and very nice. Balcony overlooked the Matterhorn which was incredible! Very clean room and bathroom. The shower gel, shampoo etc. was excellent. Great sauna and steam room. Excellent restaurants in the hotel - we liked the Brown Cow restaurant in the hotel for burgers and salads. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING - especially the scrambled eggs you can order from their menu but included with the buffet. The hotel is perfectly located and an easy walk from the train station.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. The "double" bed, which was two twins that were not attached, would slide apart throughout the night which wasn't great but the beds were comfortable. Our biggest issue was the dance club located in the lower level of the hotel -- it played very loud/heavy base music until 4:15am on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays during the summer months and then in the Winter it's open every night -- so, not great if you want to get some good shut eye.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our baggage when we arrived early. The room was attractively furnished with nice extra touches like robes, and, as requested we had a balcony with a great Matterhorn view. The included breakfast was delicious and in a nice room.

The bathroom was separated from the room with a partial wall and no door, which was a bit awkward for showering as the only way to get around the room from one side to the other was through the bathroom area. The only other issue was the elevator, which has some touch screen technology that didn't work half the time.

I never write a review to any hotel in my life but this one I really have to. The interior design, room and all facilities are fantastic (Room, Lobby, Restaurant). Great perfume smell in the hotel by the way. Location is so great. All staffs are absolutly great. All of them have a great service mind and so active especially Justine. She is the best staff I’ve ever met on this trip in this country. Hotel also have a discount on the ski rental shop. Intalian food in the hotel restaurant is so great. The waiter is very helpful in sugeesting the food menu as well. The lamb rack is so great but Tenderloin steak I ordered is a bit dry, not juicy. However, the side dish is super nice. The breakfast in the hitel is super great as well. Variety of choice to choose. They even have the milk that is lactose free like Almond milk or Soy Milk. Eventhough the price is a bit high but it is definitely wotrh all the money as the room I booked also have the balcony with the view of Matterhorn.

Only issue I have with this property is just the shower in the room. The temperature of the water is quite hard to control as the water is not strong. Other than this thing, this hotel ia a perfection. Worth every penny staying here.

*Room not so big. *The lady reception seems not helpful and NOT friendly at all. I did ask her to check with the house-keeping, if the house keeping kept my left over cellphone charger. First, after she called the house keeping she told me to wait for 10 minute. 10 minutes passed, I asked her the result? Without asking/checking with the house keeping for the second time, first she said the house keeping were not available at the moment. However, I asked for the result once again, she asked me to return the next morning to check with the house keeper, which was impossible as I was leaving Zermatt. As i insisted her to check again, she then called the house keeping for the second time, and soon the house keeper came at the lobby bringing the charger.

Great location. The hotel is in a central location near shops and restaurants. Location 4-5 minutes from Täsch train station. Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle

Taxis will not waste time transporting you from Täsch to Unique Post since it’s a short walking distance. Limited shuttle service. Not a great view of the Matterhorn from this location. Broken Bar (Nightclub)can be noisy at night depending on room location.

The Dutch receptionist manager was outstanding. She helped us so much and made us feel welcome. The food and service in the bar and breakfast were great.

There were loud, drunk, yelling people on main Street right below our room until 2 in the morning both nights. It appears the bar across the street is selling beer to people on the street who are using the chairs in front of your hotel to drink, smoke, and be loud.

This hotel was top notch in every regard. The staff and the service was very good. The decor and layout was beautiful. You cannot find a better location in Zermatt. My wife and I both agreed that this was one of the nicest (if not the best) hotel we have ever stayed.

There is no air conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open. Hotel is right in the middle of all the bars, so crowd remains loud well past 3:00 am.
