Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu

Outstanding facilities for children of almost all ages. There is an entire underground section with separate attractions that I’ve never seen at such scale for a single hotel. it looks like an underground shopping mall, and it’s only for hotel guests (you need a hotel key to swipe in the area). The service was great, and the attitude of the entire staff was commendable and made us feel welcome at all times. Added points for a seamless, relaxing express check out with key drops on every floor.

Room was clean but something made 2 of our guests allergic (we’d leave and be fine, and come back to the room and then they’d start getting allergies). Tissue box in the living room was almost empty when we got there and then ran out, not sure if there is a criteria for when new guests come in to have it at a certain level.

great facilities for families with kids. can spend all day in the hotel. staffs go out of way to make sure your family is well taken care of. kid was down with fever and they provided thermometer and ice pack, and offered local solution to alleviate the fever.

remote location and no eatery nearby. basically u have to eat at hotel. travel to elsewhere requires cab which can be costly

-Facilities are fantastic so clean and tidy! -The room was so big, my friends and i enjoyed it a lot. -indoor pool are awesome. -The staff who assisted us during our check in was exceptional, He was so welcoming and kind. That's what quality customer service means 👌 definitely we'll come again.

-i just hope the room was soundproof. -the tv doesn't have netflix so we are stocked to watch a cable chanel that we can't understand. - i am also hoping for a cooler aircon next time .

Spacious facilities including the room. Great kids area (mine especially loved the reptiles and insects showroom - actual ones!). Western buffet is well furnished and yummy.

It is required to take the room towels to go to the swimming pool, whereas they could provide at the entry doors.

Everything.. the huge play area, the heated pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast buffet, the courteous staff and my family really had wonderful stay. 😁👍

I wish there were towels in the swimming pool area instead of carrying towels from the room.

i noticed most of all the staff is not approachable to your guest.! not smiling 😔😔 and please add more energy

actually so far everybody’s perfect.! the place,view,room and amenities is good😍😍😍

How well prepared and friendly they are to the baby.

Not really a thing. If I must say, the location is out of downtown.

the pillow was made of down which was very comfortable. coin washing machines are available to wash kids' soiled clothes.
