clean, beautiful hotel with very close location to airport with cheaper rate. hotel can help to arrange taxi if u have early flight which costed 200NTD (197NTD in uber) btw, breakfast buffet is included as well and it starts on 6am.

the hotel is pretty decent and big, it has a large lobby area, as we travel in large group, we were able to use the space for communion. The room are good enough with all essential amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they are expert in working with guest going to Airport, they arrange for taxi, and if you are on early flight, they pack your breakfast instead of eating at the breakfast area.

the aircon in my room cannot be adjusted, As it was very cold that day, the aircon makes it colder, as we are leaving the next morning, i did not get the hotel staff to address it, cos we are leaving at 430am the next day.

To be honest looking at the reviews I wasn't expecting what I recieved. The hotel is perfect for a stopover with a taxi taking less than 15mins to get to the airport, all in all I would recommend it for that. The breakfast was the pretty normal mix of what you would expect from a breakfast bar in Taiwan, thousand island dressing for breakfast can't beat it!

While its a great location for the airport, there isn't a whole lot that seems to be around it, unless you enjoy slip-roads for freeways! Having only two elevators means if you are tight on time you should plan accordingly.

The hotel was in a great location by the airport! I arrived very late at night and stayed here before going to Taipei in the morning, so it was perfect for staying the night. The room was clean and comfortable! It was also easy to communicate with the staff in English, and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

It was hard to contact the staff through booking.com about asking to reserve a taxi in the morning. However, I asked the staff if they could reserve one for me in person when I checked in, and they were very accommodating! The taxi was on time in the morning and I was able to get to the airport railway without any troubles.

For an early flight or just a place to stay for a long layover, this hotel is the best option as it is very near the airport. Our room is big, can accommodate 4 persons, all with complementary buffet breakfast :) Breakfast was good, and the restaurant has a very nice view. You can see the rainbow bridge at the back. Again, this is a perfect choice only if you need to be near the airport but if you're staying longer in Taiwan this hotel is quite far from Taipei, about 45mins to 1 hour away.

Based on the information that i have read, if public transport like bus or train is used, there is no distinct road that actually leads to the hotel. You have to traverse a vacant lot and cross the rainbow bridge to get to the hotel so if you have a red eye flight or if you're with an elderly, the best way to get here is by a cab.

I had a nice room on a high floor, Facilties were okay, and is on walking distance from the metro station (just one stop from the airport, so perfect if you have to stay over for one night. I later realized there is a little bridge on the back side of the hotel over the river that make the walking distance to the station even shorter. The beds were really confortable

The restaurant was for me a bit dissapointing. Only a buffet with almost only local food option that did not look attractive to me. Other (more international) foodoptions would be welcome.

Very close from the airport, only 6 minutes by taxi (TW$ 170) We had a buffet dinner at this hotel, which was good for price (TW$ 330 pp). The beds in the room was huge (2 king beds!) and were very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:30, but they will provide us a lunchbox for those who must go to the airport earlier.

This is a trade-off for the closeness from the airport, but there is literally nothing to see or shop around the hotel except for the highway. A little bit noisy in the morning, because many of the guests leaving the hotel very early in the morning for the flight.

I enjoy the drinks n noodles coin operated machine. It is also very nice to have a huge place to eat rather then eating in the room. Wish you have more snacks options. The front desk are very helpful. Dye to hotel location we always need a taxi, service us quick. Thank you for the hood work.

I tried to do my laundry but the machines gave me a lot of problems. First, it washed and stop halfway, I had to restart with a different one, but problem exist. The 2 mini dryer were dancing while spinning, I had to hold it sometimes. Worse til, the dryer wasn't working . I had no choice but to try again. All these had taken me so much time and efforts to wash my clothes. Seriously it was the worse experience I ever encounter in washing at a hotel. It may be time to upgrade your machine.

Very close to airport, just 5-10 minutes with cost of 160-200 TWD for Taxi. Comfortable room with reasonable price

We had an overnight transit in Taoyuan and our plane was 2 hours late arriving. Exhausted it was such a relief that this fitted the bill perfectly - well priced, less than 10 minutes/$10 to the airport and easy. The staff were very friendly and assisted with the return taxi. The room was perfect for an overnight stay and the included breakfast was a welcome addition. Despite being near the airport and a busy freeway, the room was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend for a short transit.
