Requested for rooms away from elevator. When check in, it was room 601, right next to the elevator. Asked reception what went wrong, I was told it was the room type in the booking. If hotel notified me in advance, I could have the chance to change my room type. It was also very noise due to a street banquet on mother's day.

I love the room and bathroom. There a pantry with 24 hours of food and drinks. Breakfast included but limited. The location is near to the pier and shopping mall.

The bathtub is awesome and my family love it very much. The 24-hour snack bar provides snacks, fruits, beverages, and light meal which is very convenient. the location is great, there are many good restaurants nearby and a department store next to it.

Brekkie in the room during the this time is GREAT. The food quality is just as good as it was with the buffet brekkie.
Due to the Covid restrictions/ policy, the gym and 24hrs snack bar are no long available during this time (Tho they bring some snack to the room as the alternative. Quite nice :)) , but the price remain the same if not higher.

Its new and clean. We liked the bathtub and the free breakfast and the 24 hour lounge.
We think that the breakfast selections could be improved. It is not bad but there are other hotels who has better selections.

The breakfast was amazing, brought into the room in a buffet style. The deluxe suite was very spacious. Free snacks and coffee were provided. The front desk even brought up any food we ordered from Uber.
It was a little noisy which is understandable as there was construction happening in the streets.

The size of the room is quite disappointing and much smaller than i thought since the photo shown on their website was larger
