Room was spacious, comfortable and private. Check-in process is smooth, and it's relatively easy to get to locate.

Not about the hotel but there's not as many food options in the immediate vicinity as compared to Taipei, although there is a night market in about 10mins walk, and there are hole in the wall places if you look hard enough.

I love the room because it’s very comfy. I have a working desk, cabinet, vault and fridge. Almost everything you need is available.

I found the sliding door of the bathroom strange. If I close the bathroom side, the toilet place will be open, same happens if you close toilet place. In short, you can’t close both sides at the same time. Also, it’s a bit far from the tourist area.

The location of the accommodation was great. It was walking distance to two MRT stations. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good rest during our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No improvement to suggest. We did not get to use the laundry facilities.

Friendly staff. Walkable distance to famous food area like xing long ju (5min) and liuhe market (10min).. Location near to the pier 2 and cijin island (2 ride)

The toilet is too small for tall person. Can hear sound from next door if too noisy

The location is great, near the orange and red line. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Whenever I'm in Kaohsiung I stay here.

Staff is nice, prices are very reasonable compared to other similar hotels, there are free bikes to rent, room has been refurbished recently. A simple hotel with excellent CP Value.

No parking, no breakfast. AC a bit noisy.

The beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the bathroom was great for 4 people. The room was clean, and staff was very accomodating. Location is great, right by the orange MRT line.

Even tho it states there is good sound proofing, I could hear noise from the room above me and next to me. At night that is a bit much considering in Taiwan they always tell you to keep the noise down from 9pm.

The hotel is very well located with easy access to MRT, Nigth Market (10 min walk), Central Park (5 min), in general, easy to reach tourist destinations, they also offer Bicycle to ride around (for free), however, I did prefer to use U-bike (there are stations nearby) due to the convenient leaving them somewhere and switch to a different form of transportation as needed. They also have a laundry room (detergent on the lobby) I found this a wonderful plus on our stay.
