I arrived at Taipei late at night and the staff are already going home, they're available around 08.00 - 22.00 only, but they offer me self check in room. If you arrive late at night you must confirm first to their admin on Line platform. I confirmed it a week early and they provide everything I need, the location is very strategic near Ximending Night Market and Ximen Station, definitely will come back for my next visit.

No clean staff, if your room is dirty there is no cleaning service.

The common area is nice, the breakfast is simple but nice, the location is great in the middle of busling Ximending, the beds are comfortable.

The rooms are very small, the storage area is very narrow and doesn’t allow multiple people to get their stuff from the lockers. The bathrooms become very slippery very fast.

The bathroom had everything I needed to get ready for the day or night. The staff were so friendly and made every effort to communicate with me in English. I appreciated the free snacks/drinks daily. The location was in such a premium area. I love that there key card is used from the lobby door to the room door to the room locker.

I did not expect the hostel lobby and rooms to be this small. There was a certain smell in the room. I am not used to capsules this tight and closed off so I had to adjust since I am claustrophobic.

I like everything about the accommodation. The staff are generous, easy to deal with, very approaching, they can speak English. The place very near and accessible to night market, food almost everything. This hotel seems to be my 2nd home when ever I'm in taipei. 🥂 To all the staff totally exceptional. Mind you guys the bathroom is bigger than the usual and they have bidets, blowers all bathroom..

Location is great, right next to Ximending shopping district. Wifi worked well. Washing machine is available, although we did not use it. Our room had a great view, although it was a bit weird, because the view was from the bathroom/shower room. In the morning, they put out bread, jams, tea and juice, which isn't really "breakfast" per se, but it's something, and it's convenient.

Nothing was particularly "bad." Building entrance and elevator seem a little run down, but that's not their fault.

Comfy beds, all had privacy shades but I noticed about half were see thru… thankfully mine was not. I was in the dorm by the common area so there were only two toilets and the lockers were very cramped, but it was still fine. The downstairs dorms had more space for the lockers and more toilets. Not a terribly social atmosphere, but 10/10 location, I’d definitely stay again

Location is very convenient, just few minuyes of walking from Ximen Station and Ximen pedestrian Area. Many restaurants, local food and mini marts are nearby. I don't even need to use snacks bar and drinks located 12F. I've been upgraded to a bigger room. Nice and cozy, full of sunlight room. Place also has Washing machine and Dryer.

Air ventilators in toilet is not working so well, cause bad smell stay in room for long time.

Great location. It was quiet as it's at the fringe of Ximending. The rooms are on the highest level of the building too. Lots of good food in the area

Being on the roof top, it was quite cold at night and early morning. The walls were really thin and I could hear everything happening in the toilet from the next room

Great facilities with a basic breakfast provided with juice and tea available all day. Hot and drinking water available for free. Great common area that was perfect as a working space. Beautiful balcony with an amazing view of the city. Lockers provided for luggage and valuables

Small dormitory room and only two bathrooms

I would like to say thank to the short hair lady staff was very very nice, helpful and informative^^. Location was superb! I love the balcony where I can see Xiamending. If you compare with the price, this place is worth your money.

Some roommate put stinky shoes in the room haha.
