We got a basic room because only had to stay overnight. Room was spacious enough for two person. Water pressure was good. Clean room. Worth the price. Their toothbrush also very soft. Staff are helpful. We checked in almost midnight, and checkout early morning when they open the counterr.
Basic room doesn't have mini fridge but thats ok because we only stay overnight. Choose other room if you need mini fridge. They also don't have iron, luckily we brought our own.

Local night market 3min by walking. Clean (except the drain). Free water every day.
It was quite a steril place with many rules. Made for long stay locals. The staff did not speak english. Location quite out of town. The bus to the city is not very frequent and the metro is 30min away by walking.

Great, clean hotel at a super reasonable price. Situated in a great location. Everything you need within walking distance. Highly recommendable. If you like to explore you can hop on a bike to Ratchada BTS Station - 5min ride and only 50THB.
There is a hotel construction going on not far from this hotel. If you happen to land in a room on the wrong side of the hotel, the sound of the construction might be slightly annoying. But nothing that would prevent me from going back there...

a bit far from center. difficult to book Grab as there is mostly no Grab nearby. and no taxi passing by. but if you travel alone, you can hail motorbike to BTS for 50 baht.

The hotel is not a walking distance from any public transport so you must get a taxi to go anywhere. Hotel have no amenities such as pool, gym etc but that part of the price.
